Atu is a South Korean company introducing a variety of products relating to beauty, senior and prevention of infection. The company has built its strong presence in the field of hand sanitizer, sterilizer, mask and nail cure.
CEO Kwon Ik Dong is received as a man of generous heart and was praised by many when he donated a bulk of masks to the Infection Prevention Movement Headquarters.
In this time of the virus spread, Atu's thermovision camera especially has risen as the hottest seller of its product lines. Kwon, who has vast scope of talent in beauty, mask, character and camera, said: "Some people say I'm like a inventor. But I'm more like a businessman. It is true that I'm the idea bringer but making it into actual products requires skills and knowhow of highly experienced specialists in the field which are my staff. I stepped my foot into electronics in 1973 and they are the ones who have made my ideas come true so I have a big debt to them."
His achievement as the spring board to make a new leap forward, Kwon is now working on 'facial recognition' that can be used in manless stores. Alongside, he is planning to develop a shampoo that does not need a rinse-away and a wet towel for a shower without shampoo and water.
