The factory obtained HACCP certificate and Venture Enterprise certificate in 2016 and a patent for the rice bran-contained dough and method. In the same year, the pizza franchise won the 2016 Customer Satisfaction Brand Awards and the 2017 Korea Superb Brand Awards and opened the first and the second overseas branches in Beijing and Tongjumandal, China. Under the principle 'sincerity and co-growth', Nanta 5000 Pizza has exerted its effort in continuous R&D and made a steady growth for the last 10 years. "We never ever compromise with quality to reduce the cost because we know very well the customers are the first to sense the changes in taste. We has accumulated years of management knowhow in the field and it is effectively applied to each of our franchisees to make sure the quality and the balanced business growth" says CEO Jung. The company runs the supervisor team that travels around the affiliated stores for checking up on operation, sales and loss. The startup consulting group, on the other hand, focuses on store location, partnership, business loan, and staff training and factory tour programs while the distribution center supplies the fresh ingredients and materials to all stores once or twice a week in order to keep the consistency in taste and quality.
