주식·선물 투자의 새로운 기준을 제시하다

주식투자의 성공비결은 ‘좋은 주식을 저가에 사서 고가에 파는 것’이다. 그러나 글로벌 악재와 시장 환경에 따라 등락을 거듭하는 변화무쌍한 주식시장에서 일반 투자자들이 정확한 매매 시점을 선정하기란 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이에 수많은 주식 전문가들이 저마다 ‘믿을 수 있는 정보’라며 투자자들을 현혹하고 있지만, 대개는 검증되지 않은 정보로 인해 손해를 보기 일쑤다.

믿음의 가치, 수익률로 증명하다
주식을 해봤다는 사람치고 돈을 잃어보지 않은 사람은 없을 것이다. 때문에 많은 투자자들이 주식관련 입문서를 공부하거나, 확실한 수익을 보장한다는 사이트 등에 가입하여 손실을 구제받기를 원한다. 하지만 들려오는 것은 ‘누가 돈을 벌었다더라’라는 근거 없는 소문 뿐, 정작 자신의 계좌에는 연일 마이너스만 기록되기 일쑤다. 이런 가운데 투자자들 사이에서 ‘믿을 수 있는 업체’로 입소문을 타고 있는 곳이 있다. 바로 경남지역 최초의 선물옵션 전문기업 ‘H&Y증권투자연구소’다.

국내, 해외선물에서 매달 10% 정도의 수익을 내고 있는 ‘H&Y선물시스템’과 함께 H&Y증권투자연구소를 대표하는 것이 바로 ‘스탁스코어 시스템’이다. 주식 투자자들의 대부분은 매매의 포인트를 개인의 주관대로 판단하는 경향이 있다. 때문에 수익이 날 때도 있지만, 대게의 경우 크게 손실이 발생하는 오류를 범하고 만다. 김재영 대표는 “주식 투자자들이 분석을 위해 사용하는 대표적인 기법인 기본적분석, 기술적분석, 가치분석은 그 바탕에 주관적 판단을 두고 있기 때문에 정확도가 떨어진다는 단점이 존재합니다. 저희는 이를 개선하기 위해 큰 틀을 세우고 각 분석을 수치화하여 제공하고 있습니다”라고 설명했다. 수년간의 연구 끝에 개발한 스탁스코어 시스템은 ‘회사의 상승 여력과 가치’를 ‘점수’로 측정하는 원리다. A기업의 Fudamental, Technical, Gowth/Value, H&Y Index를 각각 3개에서 5개 항목으로 나눠 점수를 매기고 이를 합산하여 고객이 매매에 있어 참고할 수 있을만한 기준을 제공한다는 것이다. 일반 투자자들이 관련 정보에 접근하기가 어려운 KOSPI200선물 옵션이나 해외선물 등에 대한 이 같은 주식투자정보 서비스의 제공은 정보에 목말랐던 이들에게 큰 호응을 받고 있다.

고객과 함께 성장하는 기업이 될 터
김재영 대표는 H&Y증권투자연구소의 저력은 검증된 전문 인력에서 온다고 말한다. 그는 “저희 직원들은 주식도사, 주식박사 등이 아닌 일반적인 증권업종 직원이라고 볼 수 있습니다. 다만 조금 다른 것은 확률과 통계 분석을 하는 ‘퀀트’들이라는 점입니다”라고 설명했다. 이들은 주식이나 선물 모두 추세나 세력을 보기보다는 ‘한판의 동전던지기’로 보고 있다고 한다. 나무를 보기보다는 숲을 보며, 확률과 통계에 대한 철저한 분석을 수행한다는 것이다. 김 대표는 선물 거래 성공의 핵심 요인은 바로 이 ‘확률과 통계’에 있다고 강조했다. 

그는 “대부분의 사람들이 ‘선물은 위험하다’는 생각을 가지고 있지만 실상은 그렇지 않습니다. 왜냐하면 투자자가 도박을 하느냐, 꾸준한 투자를 하느냐에 따라 다르기 때문입니다”라고 지적했다. 그는 선물로 수익을 내기 위한 방법으로 ‘본인만의 매매 방법을 만들어라’고 조언했다. 최근 3년 이상의 통계를 내고, 3개월씩 끊어서 수익이 꾸준히 발생하지 않았다면 다시 만드는 것. 이를 통과한다면 최소한 앞으로의 시장에서 지지는 않는다는 것이다. 단, 이 매매 방법에 H&Y만의 리스크 관리 기준을 넣는 것이 포인트다. ‘하루 5회 이하 매매’, ‘당일 청산’, ‘3달간 수익 미발생시 처음으로 돌아가라’ 등의 노하우를 귀띔한 김 대표는 올 8월 10일 정식론칭 예정인 주식채널을 통해 더욱 자세한 정보를 얻을 수 있다는 이야기도 덧붙였다.

There is not a single investor who has not lost money. For this reason, they put their head in the stock investment books or become a member of a service provider. Yet, all they hear is a rumor that someone has earn a lot of money in stock investment while their bank account only goes red. In this situation, H&Y Investment & Securities, the first futures option specialized investment firm in South Gyeongsang Province, is gaining a trust from many investors.  

Unlike other investment firms, H&Y Investment & Securities opens the account and dividend detail on its web page so that the investors check its actual performance. This is because Kim is confident enough to make steady profits. Kim and his colleague started the business as a hobby in the name of 'Beach Value' when they were high school students. They invested in Paradise located in Haeundae, Busan in 2011 and a promising game company called JCE and made a substantial profit. Kim said "we then found KOSPI 200 futures market as promising and we eventually developed our own H&Y Futures Option System in 2013 and changed the name of the firm to H&Y."

Currently, the system makes 10% monthly profit in the futures investment both home and abroad. Other system of H&Y Investment & Securities include 'Stocks Core System'. Most investors tend to decide the selling point subjectively. This gives more failure in making profits to them. Kim said "Basic Analysis, Technical Analysis and Value Analysis used by many investors have a common drawback as they don't have much accuracy. To improve the analytic methods, we create a frame and digitize the analysis to provide accuracy." Thus introduced was 'Stocks Core System'. It measures 'the value and growth potential of a company' with 'points'. It divides a company's fundamental, technical, growth/value H&Y Index into 3 to 5 items to give points and sum it up so that the information can be used for a reference for investors. The information of KOSPI200 futures option and overseas futures option for private investors are hard to get but H&Y Investment & Securities is drawing a great attention from them by providing the information they want. 

Growing together with clients 
All the staff of H&Y Investment & Securities are professional investors. Kim said "we are not masters of stock but normal staff who work in the field. The difference, however, is that we are excellent at calculating probabilities and statistics." Like Kim said, they do not see stock or futures investment based on trend and influence but 'a game of throwing a coin'. They rather see the forest than a tree and do a thorough analysis than prediction. Kim said "the key of successful investment lies in probability and statistics. Most investors tend to think that futures is risky but in fact it is not because it depends on whether the investor want to gamble or really invest."

Kim advised that you needed to make your own method of transaction by gathering statistics of recent 3 years and you needed to change the method if profit was not made in every 3 months. The point is that you had better to add H&Y Risk Management Standard to your method. Here is Kim's tip: 'Do it less than 5 times a day', 'Settle the transaction on the day' and 'Back to the beginning if you do not make a profit in 3 months'. Meanwhile, Kim is planning to launch a stock investment channel on August 10 this year to give more information to more people.
