CEO Lee said “We have already entered in temporary contract with almost 40 brokers and I see more brokers will be using this service in the middle of this year. Given that one broker normally registers 30-50 assistants, 1,000-2,000 assistants will be uploaded on our system in the end of this year.”, continued “This service is now available in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon only but will be expanded across the nation in 2016.”

The broader, detail options will attract more and more customers
One of the strong points of this service is that customers can have their rights to make a choice of it according to CEO Lee. Brokers upload the reliable information permitted by Korea National Employment Service Association and try their best to get the right assistant until customers are satisfied with. And of course this service is insured and comes with additional services. The brokers are responsible for any issues that may arise regarding the assistant information – the age, gender, nationality, personality, first impression, history of career (including the family’s characteristics or type of house), and capability depending on the situation, which had been never expected in the traditional way of employment process. CEO Lee emphasizes that this innovative system will increase customers’ satisfaction for sure.
“Babysitting is mainly demanded among caregiving services as the working moms need this service during the time between after the daycare center finishes at 3-4 in the afternoon and by the time their work is off or their overtime work finishes. Our customized mobile app service will be working efficiently for those.” They can find a good babysitter in an easy and simple way no matter who they is working full time, part time, every other day or live-in. It no longer takes more than one week to find a suitable babysitter.

We have released a beta version for this app, following iPhone beta version at the end of June and then iOS regular version for Android will be coming out early next year. One new idea comes out of what you have once experienced and this idea will help a lot of people live better, CEO Lee said. Let’s wait and see how much this one idea will be recreated as an innovative, convenient service product that many people can enjoy.
