국내 대표 동산담보대출 기업 마이쩐은 지난 해 베트남 수도 호치민에 해외지사를 오픈하며 국내 금융브랜드 최초로 해외 진출의 첫 발을 디뎠다. 마이쩐 베트남지사는 체계적인 서비스를 통해 고객 만족에 매진한 결과 지난 달 10일 호치민의 가장 번화가인 3군에 빌딩 전체를 임대하여 확장 이전했다. 첫 해외진출이 이루어진 지 6개월도 지나지 않은 시점에 이루어낸 놀라운 성과다. 또한 필리핀 최초 진출 이라는 금자탑도 만들어 냈다. 필리핀은 전당포 시장이 매우 광범위하게 형성되어 있는 지역인 만큼 향후 마이쩐의 성과가 주목되고 있다. 마이쩐은 한편 일본 시장 진출을 위해 시장 조사를 진행 중이며 일본 진출까지 성공적으로 이뤄낸다면 이를 발판으로 중국, 유럽 등까지도 확장을 계획하고 있다.

To make a pawnshop incorporated, specialized and bigger in size, Myzzun introduced ‘a visiting service.’ Equipped with vehicles capable of door-to-door sales at 30 branches around the country, they proceed with appraisal on diverse movables and many kinds of collateral possessed by those who want a loan at the place and time wanted by customer. You can use it in one-stop service from receiving an article, loan contract and remittance of loan money. Articles for security vary from precious metals to luxury goods, IT equipment, art piece, yacht, etc. They also carry out loans on movables security for promising enterprises with difficulty of employing funds and a business loan at the same time, winning a continued response from users.

In just one year after launching the brand, Myzzun has opened 30 branches around the country rising into a new power in startup market. Lately, the startup market is actually in super-saturation, and the upcoming retirement of the baby-boomer generation is expected to increase the portion of startups and the self-employed greatly within a few years ahead. So without sufficient market research followed by strengthening of the businessman’s capability, the sweet startup will go under anytime soon. However, Myzzun has focused on and provided their knowhow piled up through dozen years’ experience with their appraisal and operating manuals, while branch managers are also seeking for the way to mutual prosperity with the head office. They are carrying out a thorough in-house training to enhance the appraisal abilities. Lee Joon-hong, president of Myzzun, said confidently, “I don’t want to make success of the head office alone. Our biggest aim is to provide service for customer satisfaction by continuing to develop the manuals for organized system. There are constant inquires about membership but when I have opened the 100th shop, I won’t increase the number of branches anymore focusing on the enhancement of service quality.”

Myzzun, a loaning enterprise on movable security representing Korea, opened its foreign branch at Ho Chi Minh, principal of Vietnam, last year for the first time among domestic financial brands. Myzzun Vietnam branch was relocated in expansion to the third Gun, the busiest street of the city, by renting the whole building on the 10th last month as a result of endeavoring for customer satisfaction through systematic service. It was a marvelous result made less than 6 months after its first launch overseas. The company also made a monumental achievement of advance to the Philippines. Since the Philippines is the region where pawnshops are formed very extensively, the future result of Myzzun is worth to be noted. Besides, market research is going on to find a market in Japan, and if advance to Japan proves to be successful, they are planning to expand into China and Europe using this as a foothold.
