In this case, the writer finds it refreshing to catch up on old times with like-minded ones having a healthy, tasty food coupled with a glass of wine. Turning the end of June, I went down to Geochang in live tradition of Confucianism to collect news materials. Meeting nice persons and putting down good stories in my pocketbook put me to a mealtime so soon. By asking one after another, I was finally introduced to <Stable Gushi>, a famous gourmet restaurant in Geochang. Lets feel the taste of luxury true Korean beef served by President Jung Yeon-hap, who says Coming to Geochang, you will be sorry if not visiting this stable Gushi. This place will be the choice you will never regret. 


Korean beef famous even among the global specialists


<Stable Gushi> chiefly uses the Korean cattle Aewoo specialized by feeding mugwort grown in the fresh nature of Geochang, which boasts of god-given natural environment. After eating the delicious Korean beef raw flesh, it tastes so delicate to eat the boiled rice thrown after pouring soybean paste in the fire plate by boiling them together. President Jung said, This is 100% homemade soybean paste made by my parents in person at home. You can feel a pure taste because it contains no additives. Besides, I think soybean paste is a true wellbeing food because it has the effect of dissolving the cholesterol in the fat. Directly on the broad slate with a flat bottom used for cooking the meat put a king-size soybean paste in a generous helping. It was the very thing the one who tipped me recommended trying, so I was curious about what it could be while eating Korean beef. Now being directly faced with it, I could feel warmth rising up from within my shirt. As beef gravy remaining in the slate smeared fully into the beanpaste pot stew soaking out more thickly with boiling, it tasted really nice putting and mixing a bowl of rice altogether in it while boiling them down to my taste. With a hot pot stew even richer, I was busily moving my hand until my stomach was full. I didnt even realize it was time to go up until I finished eating that nice dish with nice persons in a cozy interior atmosphere at a place with a clear, fine view on the foot of Mt. Dugyoo.
