Korea Culinary Arts Science High School is the first specialized high school in the field facilitated with the latest kitchen utensils. With its excellent curriculum both in theory and practice, the school provides three specialized career paths: moving to higher education, employment and studying abroad. Among 180 units of subjects, 86 units are related to field cooking curriculum. 

The school is very famous as numerous graduated students are already proving their talent in the culinary world. Yu Bit-na (2nd graduate) is working as a chef in charge at a Korean restaurant CHI-Q in Shanghai opened by chef Jang Jo-ji (3 star Michelin) while Han -Gyeong-su (3rd graduate) established Double Trouble, Doughnut Guys which is one of hot places to eat among young people and Nam Sung-ryeol (3rd graduate) is being active at Olive TV.

Meanwhile, the school signed a MOU with Johnson & Wales University (US) and Wonkwang Digital University to cooperate in various fields such as academic and manpower exchange and academic conference. The school is also working in cooperation with 46 companies in the capital and 1 company in Jeju Island including JobmoA, Hansot, Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju (4 employment), The-K Hotel Seoul (4 employment), Hyosung Restaurant Division (12 employment) and CJ Foodville (16 employment). In addition, the school was visited by specialized high school tour groups from Russia, Kazakhstan and Japan (specialized in cheese).

Korea Culinary Arts Science High School has won numerous prizes including 3 golds, 15 silvers and 12 bronzes at 2015 International Culinary Competition held in last May, 1 grand prize and 1 participation prize at The 8th Korean Cuisine Competition and 2 runner up prizes and 1 bronze at Gyeonggido Skills Competition last April. Also, various clubs are actively participating in social services. Smile Rice Cart, for example, is providing free cooking services in Siheung City while Taste of Corea, consisting of 43 students, is carrying out Korean Food Experience Campaign in Itaewon where you can meet people from many countries. 

Alongside providing the best curriculum in culinary theory and practice, Korea Culinary Arts Science High School equips students with excellent customer service skills and global mind so that they can lead the food industry in Korea.
