Thoughtless bank loans for real estate resulting in house poor
According to a recent statistic from Korean Development Institute, more than half of 1,000 real estate experts predicted that the sales value of real estate would go up this year due to the prolonged global low interest rate phenomenon. Especially, the Korean government carried out deregulation in the real estate market to boost up the related economy recently. This has been resulted in people buying a house rather than renting. Commercial buildings also are not exception from the effect of economic downturn. So says "prolonged economic recession and polarization discouraged investment in commercial buildings. Especially, the contraction of consumption forced self-employed to close their business and this is creating a risk in the commercial building investment." When asked about stable investment sector, So said "it's land. The reason most investors are hesitating in land investment is because they fear a big loss as they do not have a proper knowledge in the field. This is the reason that most land investors are those who have spare money to invest in a long term perspective. Therefore, general investors are advised to work together with the help of a specialist in the field."

This is necessary in order to provide ultimate investment conditions such as purpose of investment, current trend, investor's financial status and amount. So says "some people say that there is a less possibility to make a profit in land investment but this is because they want to make a quick profit. Land investment basically means that you need to plan 3 to 7 years or even 10 years to bear  fruits." Unreliable information on new development plan to lure naive investors who promises a short term profit is particularly dangerous as it can cause them a significant loss. In fact, many naive investors were already damaged financially by this dodge tactics.
