박근혜대통령, ‘마윈’ 알리바바 그룹 회장 접견 

박 대통령은 우리 중소기업의 중국 온라인 쇼핑몰 진출과 중국의 방송·영화 등 문화콘텐츠 분야 규제완화 등을 위한 알리바바의 협력을 당부하고, 중소기업과 청년층이 미래의 주역으로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 필요하며, 알리바바가 함께 노력하자고 제안했다. 

- 무역협회에서 운영중인 Kmall24(‘14.6.24) 등록 상품에 대해서는 알리바바의 Tmall에 자동 연계 등록될 수 있도록 협력

박근혜 대통령은 “현재 무역협회는 중소기업 전용 온라인쇼핑몰인 Kmall24를 오픈하고 등록상품에 대해 알리바바에 자동 연계 등록을 협의 중인 것으로 알고 있다”고 하며, “(무역협회는)전자상거래에서 제품 신뢰성이 중요한 만큼, 금년 9월부터 우수한 중소기업 상품에 대해 인증서비스(K+ 인증제도)를 계획하고 있는 바, 이들 제품에 대해 알리바바가 간단한 심사만으로 입점 허용을 하면, 한국의 중소기업과 알리바바 모두에게 도움이 될 것“이라고 제안했고, 마윈회장은 박 대통령의 말씀에 공감하며 적극 협력할 것을 약속했다.

- 한국의 우수한 청년 인력 향후 100명 초청 교육 계획

마윈회장은 한국의 중소기업이 중국에 진출할 수 있도록, 중소기업을 가장 잘 이해하는 한국 청년을 초청하여 교육을 실시할 계획을 제시했고, 박 대통령은 “이 계획은 중소기업과 한국 청년에게 매우 유익한 프로그램으로 관계부처를 통해 협력이 이루어질 수 있도록 관심을 가질 것”이라고 언급했다. 

- 방송·영화 등 문화콘텐츠 분야에 대한 양국의 규제 완화 공동 노력

 박근혜 대통령은 “7월 시진핑 주석 방한시 체결한 디지털콘텐츠 분야 협력 MOU, 한중 영화 공동제작 협정의 성과가 조기에 창출되기 위해서는 방송 등 문화분야 규제완화가 중요하다”고 언급하고, “한국은 해외방송 프로그램에 대한 규제를 대폭 완화한 만큼, 알리바바가 중국 측의 규제완화를 위해 적극적인 역할을 해줄 것”을 당부했다.

- 국내 벤처기업 창업 시 중국에 진출할 수 있도록 알리바바의 네트워크 활용을 적극 지원

박 대통령은 “한국의 우수한 청년들은 세계 시장을 상대로 창업을 준비하고 있으며, 중국 최고의 비즈니스 네트워크를 보유한 알리바바를 활용할 수 있도록 지원해 줄 것“을 요청했다. 또한, “중국의 수요가 큰 온라인게임 등 문화 콘텐츠 분야에서 한국의 우수한 중소기업의 중국 진출에 대한 협력”도 당부했다. 마윈회장은 박 대통령 말씀에 공감하며, 알리바바 네트워크 활용 지원을 약속했다.

- 전자상거래를 위한 물류 창고 및 기지 구축을 위한 협력

알리바바는 양국간 전자상거래를 위해 물류, 창고 등 효율적인 물류시스템 구축이 중요하며 양국 협력이 필요함을 제시했고, 박근혜 대통령은 “마윈회장의 의견에 공감하고, 경제부총리와 면담시 논의해 주시면 지원하겠다”는 의사를 표명했다.

President Park requested cooperation from Alibaba to relax regulations on China's cultural contents such as broadcasting and film so that the Korean small & medium companies can enter into the Chinse online shopping mall market. She also suggested to work together to support small & medium companies and the rising generation to grow as the leaders of future.

- Cooperation on automatic link between Kmall24(‘14.6.24)'s regislated products and Alibaba's Tmall.

President Park said that the Korean Trade Association is under discussion on opening Kmall21, which is an exclusive online shopping mall for small & medium companies, to be automatically linked to Alibaba. Product reliability is important in electronic commerce, and the Korean Trade Association is preparing authorizing service(K+ Authorizing System). Park suggested that if Alibaba permit those products with simple screening, it might be helpful for both parties. In response, MaYun, the CEO of Alibaba promised to do so.

- MaYun plans to invite 100 Korea's talented young people.

MaYun, the CEO of Alibaba suggested an education programme for Korea's talented young people who know well about small & medium companies in order for them to enter the Chinese market. President Park said in respond that this programme will be beneficial for Korea's small & medium companies and young people and she will give support through related ministries.

- Joint effort for deregulation on cultural contents.

President Park signed MOUs with President Xi on digital contents and film co-production in last July and she said that to implement these agreements fast, deregulation on cultural contents such as broadcasting and film is important. Park requested MaYun, the CEO of Alibaba to take the role in China as Korea has already eased the related regulations on foreign broadcasting.

- Park supports domestic venture companies to use Alibaba's network.

Park said that Korea's talented young people are preparing to establish companies targeted for global market and asked MaYun, the CEO of Alibaba to permit them to use his China's best business network. She also mentioned that there are great demands of online game in China and requested MaYun to support excellent Korean small & medium companies in the cultural contents field to get into the market. MaYun, in response, promised to do so.

- Cooperation on warehouse and constructing the base for e-commerce.

MaYun, the CEO of Alibaba said that the bilateral cooperation between the two counties and constructing an efficient distribution system is needed. President Park, in response, said that she agrees with MaYun and she will give support when it is presented in the meeting with the deputy prime minister for economic affairs.
