특징이 또 있다. 특급호텔의 서비스를 뛰어 넘는 칸호텔만의 서비스로 중무장했다는 것이다. 손님이 오면 문 밖에서부터 배웅하고, 그들의 짐을 방까지 옮겨준다. 중요한 것은 칸호텔 직원들의 마음가짐이다. 짐을 옮겨주는 기본적인 서비스에도 부모의 짐을 옮긴다는 마음으로 아들, 딸과 같은 입장에서 손님을 대한다.

지리산 칸호텔·콘도 주변엔 즐길거리가 굉장히 많다. 지리산국립공원 안에 있는 여러 골짜기들 가운데 가장 계곡미가 뀌어난 골짜리로 꼽히는 대한민국 최대길이 14㎞에 달하는 뱀사골 계곡이 호텔 앞에 위치해 있고, 차로 15분 거리에는 성삼재 휴게소와 노고단이 있다. 또한, 둘레길 제3코스 입구와 인접해 둘레길 트레킹이 가능하고, 제2코스 구간인 인월과도 근접해 있다. 

산책과 등산을 즐기는 사람들에겐 지리산 와운마을 신선둘레길과 천연기념물 424호로 지정된 천년송, 그리고 뱀사골 등산로가 가까이 있어 최적의 숙소로 꼽히기도 한다. 

또, 호텔 바로 앞쪽에는 뱀사골 계곡이 있어 물놀이를 즐길 수 있고, 모든 객실 이용객에겐 평상을 무료로 제공해 계곡을 벗 삼아 휴식을 취할 수 있도록 했으며, 객실에서 계곡의 전경을 감상할 수 있도록 설계했다. 이 뿐이 아니다. 야외 BBQ장이 호텔 외부에 바로 위치해 있어 편리하게 이용할 수 있으며, 조 대표와 김 부장이 직접 설계한 야외데크를 통해 고객들의 휴식공간을 넓힘은 물론, 유럽의 감성을 가미하기도 했다. 

이 외에도 달궁 계곡, 정령치, 반야봉, 황산대첩비치, 실상사, 백무동 등의 관광지를 편히 둘러볼 수 있다는 지리적 장점을 가지고 있다.

2014년 올해의 존경받는 경영인부문 대상에 선정돼 수상한 조 대표는 현재 전라북도관광발전협의회 남원 지역 이사를 맡고 있다. 협의회를 통해 전라북도를 찾는 여행객들에게 최고, 최선의 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 순수한 목적으로 100여개의 업체가 모여 함께 하고 있다고 한다. 

이렇듯 전라북도의 관광, 문화 발전을 위해 노력하고 있는 조 대표는 전주 백제로변에 브라질리아 레스토랑 ‘슈 하스코’를 오픈 예정에 있다. 

이곳은 음식만 판매하기 보다는 문화공간의 한 축이 될 수 있도록 공연을 할 수 있는 공간을 마련했고, 전주를 찾는 외국인, 내국인 모두를 위한 전통과 현대, 세계와 한국을 적절히 믹스한 음식과 공연을 같이 즐길 수 있는 복합문화공간인 브라질리아 레스토랑을 오픈할 계획이라고 한다.

지리산 칸호텔·콘도 운영만으로도 벅찰 수 있는 그의 활동에 힘을 실어주는 동료가 있다. 대학교1학년 때부터 동아리 친구로 만나 인연을 이어가면서 호주에서 유학을 같이 다녀오고 지금까지 함께 하고 있는 지리산 칸호텔·콘도의 김건우 부장이다. 때로는 친구로, 때로는 동료로 조대희 대표를 돕고 있는데, 다른 사업을 구상할 수 있는 여유를 주고, 지리산 칸호텔·콘도을 더욱 성숙하게 만들 수 있는 이유가 바로 친구가 있기 때문이라는 조 대표는 평생 함께 하고 싶다는 말과 함께 호텔의 발전을 위해 김건우 부장과 더욱 진취적인 운영 방향을 모색할 것이라고 했다.

In front of the hotel Baemsagol valley is located which is a maximum length of 14㎞ in the Republic of Kore, being counted as the best valley among the many valleys in the Jirisan National Park, and there are rest stop Seongsamjae and Nogodan a from the distance of 15-minute drive. In addition, the entrance of third Dulle-gil Trail is adjacent to the Hotel. so it is possible for us to do trekking along the Dulle-gil Trail.   CEO Jo selected as respected executive of the year 2014 Prize winner is in charge of Namwon, Jeollabuk-do Tourism Development Council director. Through the Council, in order to provide the best service for travelers seeking Jeollabuk-do,  more than 100 companies and has gathered with pure purpose. CEO Jo who is striving for the tourism, cultural of development of Jeollabuk-do, plans to open Brasilia restaurant, "Churrasco". Rather than selling the food culture here, he made rooms for the show to be the axis of the cultural space, he is scheduled to open  the Brasilia restaurant for foreigners and domestic tourists seeking to JeonJu, the restaurant is the cultural complex to enjoy the food appropriate mix of South Korea 

and the world, the traditional and the modern world.

  There is his colleague empowering the activities of CEO who might be too much for hotels and condos in operating. This is the manager Kim geowoo Jirisan Khan Hotel, Condominium who met CEO Jo, since freshman he met him as a friend, studied in Australia, following bonds with each other. Sometimes friends, sometimes helping fellow Jo, dae-hee representative, affording relax time to give concrete other business, manager kim is the very person, si I can make Jirisan Khan Hotel, Condominium into more mature. Representative Jo says, he will explore more progressive operational direction for Hotel with  manager Kim, and wants a lifetime with him for the development of hotel.
