Egun Housing uses home-made recyclable aluminum and the company’s aluminum veranda in particular is coated with TPV, a thermoplastic rubber with good touch and anti-slip, and it absorbs shock. There is a space in the middle of TPV so that seaters can feel soft and they can seat for a long time without their butts getting sore. TPV is known to be antibacterial, heat resistance, light and strong. It can keep its brand new state even after 10 years. The assembly is very easy that ordinary people can make it with a driver without hassle. 

Wooden more affected by the season than aluminum benches

A test by the Korea Conformity Laboratories shows that wooden benches are more affected by the season than the Egun Housing’s aluminum benches. “This is because the thick wood keeps the heat for a long time in summer and vice versa in winter.” explains Egun Housing CEO Youngmoon Choi.

This aluminum bench was selected as a pilot purchase product for technology development products in 2022 and is installed in many places acrossed the country including Hwangseong and Osan.
