Founded in 2021, Philic Plan set sail with a team of individuals possessing extensive knowledge and experience in event management both domestically and internationally.

Recently managing the 12th World Coffee Leaders Forum, Philic Plan once again showcased its expertise by orchestrating exhibitions, training programs, and business seminars. 

It is noteworthy to mention two events that received high praise: the 9th Asia-Pacific Housing Forum co-hosted by Habitat for Humanity and UN ESCAP, and the XR Hub Korea Innovation Conference co-hosted by Meta and Seoul National University. 

Despite the industry contracting during the global pandemic, Philic Plan’s CEO, Ewan Yoon, not only prevented the business from falling behind but also saw it as an opportunity to accelerate growth.

Yoon emphasizes Philic Plan’s strength in expertise and flexible customer response. He states, ‘Rather than sticking to traditional methods, we lead successful, flexible event operations. We focus on advancing the MICE industry through research and digital solutions, making events more convenient. Philic Plan’s automated event management solutions, developed over years, were particularly successful in a recent Hackathon. Participants can log in, submit materials for screening within the system, and the process proceeds seamlessly. To further enhance convenience, Philic Plan is incorporating new functions. When clients request experts in a specific field, Philic Plan recruits respective experts from its vast human resource pool. Thanks to these creative minds and innovative implementations, Philic Plan received the Certificate of Venture Enterprise from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups last December. ‘Our goal is to establish Philic Plan as one of the top performers in the field, and we are determined to make that happen,’ says Yoon.
