Stick packaging has become a favorite for many health products due to its portability and ease of packaging and access. Intech Korea’s INT69X-ALL1 (load cell, high precision cell) is suitable for stick packaging products, maximizing space efficiency with a sorting machine and checkweigher, and enabling continuous production management by simultaneously separating good and bad products with a double sorting system and checking individual weights by line. The sorting process consists of four steps: 1) weighing the product (stop weighing), 2) sampling the product (total sorting), 3) selecting the defective product (individual sorting), and 4) selecting the good product under the quantity. The INT69X-TBL1 (load cell, high-precision cell) transmits individual weight data to the packaging machine to automatically adjust the filling volume of the product, and is equipped with a conveyor to avoid packaging paper and raw material equipment, and can also be used for automatic quantitative filling by transmitting individual weight data to the product stick packaging machine PLC.
