Increasing competitiveness of AI-BC specialized industries

Increased demand for AI specialists

Korea Polytechnic Asan has added data and IoT to its digital new technology education field this year, expanding the number of trainees and providing a curriculum optimized for the growth of advanced digital talents to be linked to its policy of ‘building a talent ladder’ by improving the selection method of trainees and intensive management through mid-term evaluation.

Uisun Choi, Director of Korea Polytechnic Asan Industry Academic Cooperation said “ICT Innovation Square education has played an important role in distributing AI and SW-related education and manpower to the region, which was seen as somewhat concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area a few years ago. The 2023 ICT Innovation Square expansion project we are conducting is expected to improve the competitiveness of specialized industries in the Chungcheong region and AI-BC specialized industries and increase the demand for AI professionals. Anyone can participate in the ongoing curriculum, so please show your interest.”
