Samsung Electronics launches 'Flip Side Market' in Galaxy Studio

Samsung Electronics has opened a total of six Galaxy Studios in Korea, including Seongsu in Seoul and Gwangalli in Busan, where customers can try new products. The company said that the "Galaxy Studio," where you can try out the "Galaxy Z Flip 5," "Galaxy Z Fold 5," "Galaxy Tab S9 Series," and "Galaxy Watch 6 Series," will be open until August 20, and named it as Flip Side Market. Visitors will be able to try out new lifestyles with the new Galaxy products in a variety of organized areas including fashion, gaming, bookstore, sports, health and more, and will be able to rent the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5. In the Bookstore, you can multitask by looking up words in the dictionary while reading an ebook on the Galaxy Z Fold 5's interactive screen, taking notes in Samsung Notes using the S Pen, and more. In the sports space, the screens of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra offer an immersive experience for sports games and high-end MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games. The Galaxy Watch Series 6 will be available in a health concept space. You can take a test to diagnose your sleep type and get suggestions for healthy sleep solutions. You can also customize your Galaxy Watch by matching it with a variety of straps. 

Winner of the prestigious Green Masterpiece Prize of the 2023 Korea Green Product of the Year

Samsung Electronics has become the winner of the prestigious Green Masterpiece Prize of the 2023 Korea Green Product of the Year. Held on July 26, the event chose 15 electronic goods for the green products of the year. The judge was consisted of 20 consumer and environment organizations and 400 consumers. The green masterpiece prize is awarded to the one who has won the green product for more than 11 years and Samsung has won the masterpiece prize for 3 years in a row. A total of 15 products of Samsung were recognized as Green Products of the Year, including the Bispoke Grande Washer AI, Bispoke Grande Dryer AI, Bispoke Hood, Neo QLED 8K, Galaxy S23 Series, and Galaxy Book3 Pro 360. The Bispoke Hood, which also won the Consumer's Choice Award, features a high air volume to quickly remove food odors and a smart mode that automatically adjusts the wind intensity based on the concentration of fine dust generated during cooking. The Neo QLED 8K uses recycled materials from ocean-collected plastic bottles for the TV's solar cell remote cover and has been certified by the Carbon Trust, a UK-based certification organization, for reducing its carbon footprint compared to previous models in its class.
