Energy, energy means energy or spirit, and people who train energy say it's a process of emptying the mind that can resonate with the energy of the universe to have a positive effect on us. There are many types of flag training, such as "Qi painting," "Qi dance," and "Qi therapy."
Seo Yu-jeong is famous for 'Kihwa'. She explains that her works were created by waves of vitality and energy that resonate with the intrinsic energy of the universe. They convey the energy of love, peace, and happiness and make our bodies and minds healthy.
Q. Tell me about your work.
A. I hope my drawing will make people happy and healthy. To harness the energy of my painting, home is the best place to post one of my works because it's where we feel most comfortable. Actually, black holes are my main topic. The black hole gives me this notion that we are one. When energy comes together, it explodes and becomes huge. One becomes two and two becomes four. Likewise, we gather energy together to become one. In the same way, I pour strong energy into my work.
Q. I heard that you held an exhibition in Arizona in the first half of the year.
A. Yes, I had a good time. Many people visited the exhibition, and people who did not know "Qi paintings" showed great interest. My height painting is the result of free will and brush strokes from the energy of love, peace and happiness through prayer and meditation. Thankfully, the works presented in the individual exhibition were highly praised. I would like to thank you once again for this interview.
Q. What is the meaning of the work?
A. My work has the meaning of invigorating dead cells through new beginnings and new beginnings. My work is that 'Qi' has no boundaries and embraces everything because it has nothing to do with its religion, gender, or race. As for religion, Christianity has a picture of the Holy Spirit and Buddhism has a mandala. For me, "Ki-Picture" is "Ki-Picture." Those who make "Qi-Picture" should have no intention or greed in their minds, but if they have a purpose, they should pray hard and pray for blessings and health.
Q. I heard that there will be exhibitions in many countries.
A. I'm happy to present my painting in a wider space as a good opportunity. All new works are prepared for this American and European exhibition. I am nervous and excited about how I will approach foreigners in a country where various people gather. We put a lot of effort into it, so please pay a lot of attention.
