The association president said “The most difficult thing for athletes is the pain that accompanies excessive use of muscles. As a result, when they can’t play in the next game, the players are put in the most difficult situation. Nuerepa’s technology is thought to be a must-have technology for players in all sports who are concerned about tomorrow’s match. We hope to go far together for a long time by sharing each other’s vision and expanding various cooperation based on this. Starting with this agreement, I hope it will help athletes suffering from pain in all 64 sports.” Nuerepa CEO Hyungjin Shin said “Through the MOU with the association, we will cooperate with each other to improve the health of players who are exposed to pain due to large and small injuries, while as a healthcare-based company, we will faithfully implement the support we can.” 

 

No advertising, OK with just word of mouth

Q. What are the expected effects that Nuerepa will have by collaborating with the association?

Shin. We expect that the reliability of our products will increase further. We want to improve the performance of Korean players. As they always prepare for tough and intense matches, they are in a more painful situation than ordinary people. It is expected that better performance and results will be derived through wonderful competition in an exercise environment free from pain.

 

Q. Among the more than 40 product lineups, Nuerepa Patch is representative. Please explain from the discovery process of repulsive energy that forms the basis of this technology to the product.

Shin. Due to technical leaks, details cannot be revealed. The motivation for development started from the fact that my parents passed away in a very painful way, but it was not resolved even after going to the hospital several times. At the time, I was very interested in the medical field, and I happened to see a paper and got a hint. It has already been introduced through many media outlets, but repulsive energy is about the power to push, and if a health care product developed based on this energy comes out, ‘many people will be able to escape the pain. I studied for 13 years. The Nuerepa Patch, which operates on the principle of repulsive force, is a method in which ultra-light wave energy safely penetrates bones and blood vessels and acts quickly to push away inflammation and pain from the user. Although this product is not a panacea for all diseases, it was able to advance into overseas markets by obtaining approval for medical devices related to pain every year.

 

Q. The refund in case of dissatisfaction with the product was quite impressive.

We are still an unlisted company, but we have shareholders and many people who have invested in us. I believe that only when our company walks on the solid road can they, as partners, walk the path of success together. We have walked the path so far with the goal of becoming a healthy export company that can contribute to society and will continue to do so in the future. Our ultimate goal is to do things that can help the Korean economy as a ‘company that can help human health’.
