Bosco Interior has been running by a couple CEOs Kim Yong-taek and Shin Young-song for more than 10 years in Ulsan, South Gyeongsang Province. The couple gives a great importance on artistic values on interior over just decorating walls and spaces. 

Kim who majored in art points out, “We always make ourselves busy visiting interior fairs to read the past, now and the future of the industry. Bosco Interior listens to what the client really want with their space. Shin Young-song, who is in charge of analyzing market trend and customer needs and wants, guide the client each step from start to end to draw a maximum result.

Shin says, “The most important thing in a relationship with a customer is trust. So I communicate enough to understand the client’s tendencies and lifestyle. I then present interiors that suit current trends.”

In fact, many of the clients who have established a relationship with Bosco Interior are still in a good relationship and they often introduce their acquaintances. 

She says that after a year, she often gets in touch with the clients who send gifts and thank you. This means that the clients are still satisfied with the result even after a year passed. 

She says, “Some clients said that they cried for 30 minutes because they felt like they were dreaming after moving into their home. We feel really rewarded when our clients show thanks and send gifts. We firmly believe that this touching came from our meticulous process and finish and we will keep this good management motto.”

Bosco Interior wins Design Art Management at the 2023 Korea Value Management Awards

In recognition of its ability and high customer satisfaction, Bosco Interior won the Design Art Management at the 2023 Korea Value Management Awards. Bosco Interior never changes its dedication to creating a home and space that has more depth as time passes. This year, the company is planning to expand its service area to Busan.
