Samsung Electronics presents an eco-friendly booth at ‘European Society of Radiology 2023’
Samsung Electronics and Samsung Medison participated in the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) 2023 held in Vienna, Austria from March 1 to 5 and exhibited various diagnostic imaging devices such as ultrasound and digital X-ray. In the ultrasound sector, premium diagnostic devices for radiology, 'RS85 Prestige' and 'V8' and 'V7', introduced for the first time in Europe, provide a precise diagnosis function that helps medical staff in accurate decision-making and research activities with clearer images than before. In the digital X-ray sector, the vision function of 'AccE GC85A' with continuous patient monitoring and improved shooting convenience, 'AccE GM85' that can be fully charged in 3 to 4 hours and can shoot for about 10 hours without additional charging, and a glass-free detector that is 27% lighter than the previous one were introduced.
Samsung shared its new products, solutions, efficiency, mobility, and connectivity through constant innovation, and received favorable reviews from visitors for operating an eco-friendly booth that was recycled and as simple as possible. Samsung developed a shock-absorbing packaging structure with paper-based corrugated cardboard and corrugated laminated material (Corrupad). As a result, it won the ‘Korea Packaging Technology Society Award’ at the ‘Korea Packaging Competition’ and was selected as the ‘Green Product of the Year in Korea’.

Presenting the Galaxy S23 series and premium connectivity experience at MWC 2023
Samsung Electronics presented a premium mobile experience based on the ‘Galaxy Ecosystem’ at ‘Mobile World Congress 2023’, which opened in Barcelona, Spain on February 27 (local time). The company exhibits the Galaxy S23 series launched on February 17 on a large scale and welcomes visitors. Samsung has organized a variety of exhibition booths so that visitors can experience camera performance and various innovative features.
The company also prepared a 5G network exhibition booth targeting global telecom operators. At this event, Samsung unveiled the future of next-generation innovative networks such as '5G virtual base station', 'new network chipset lineup', and 'energy saving solution'.

Samsung Electronics created a camera studio in the exhibition hall with the concept of a movie set with the motive of 'Outer Space' and 'Seoul Night' so that visitors can experience the powerful camera performance of the Galaxy S23 series. The company introduced its eco-friendly vision ‘Everyday Sustainability’ and its efforts to achieve the goal. The design story of the Galaxy S23 series, which used the most recycled materials among all Galaxy smartphones, and various eco-friendly accessory products were also presented.
