Different level of highly concentrated ginger extract

Kang serves as the President of Our Food Research Society. She began to develop recipes to make the good ingredients of ginger that can be easily eaten by everyone, young and old. “Initially, as a hobby at home, I used Andong ginger to make essence. Then my daughter, who was in college, tried the ginger essence I had made as a latte instead of coffee, mixed it with milk, and was encouraged to say that it was so delicious, so I started to make ginger essence in earnest. In order to make the right product using Andong Ginger, Kang entered a graduate school in 2017 to study and develop various recipes during which she was invited to sell the product and cooperated with Gyeongbuk Bioindustry to launch a premium stick-type product in August of last year.

Ingredients such as Gingerol and Shogaol, which give ginger’s spicy flavor, have been proven to have various pharmacological effects, such as inhibiting enzymes (COX-2) that act as antioxidants and cause inflammation, and the scope of use is gradually expanding. And it is known to be effective in eliminating bad bacteria and relieving inflammation through strong bactericidal and anti-inflammatory actions. Ginger also contains a wide variety of minerals and vitamins, and has a variety of benefits, including preventing cold soreness, relieving morning sickness, soothing vomiting and motion sickness, relieving arthritis, improving blood circulation, and lowering blood sugar levels and blood pressure. According to the ‘Diary of Seungjeongwon’ in the 27th year of the King Gojong, and the “Yongjo Silok” of the late Joseon Dynasty, the king drank ginger tea and ginseng tea, but contrary to common sense as we know it now, the quality of ginger was higher than that of ginseng.
