The 4th anniversary of the Future Heritage Forum was closed in fruits at the Seoul Community Cultural Center in Jongno on May 21. The forum goals to find hidden cultural assets and promote them to the world.

Having the first event on May 24, 2018, the forum has organized 52 times of meetings big and small and shared large part of its effort in spreading Cheon Boo Kyung to the world. The book was published in English in 2020 and sent to 127 countries. Chinese version was published in 2021 and was sent to 129 countries followed by further sending early this year to 64 countries and 127 foreign embassies in Seoul.

Professor Yoohee Kim said in his congratulatory speech “We will make ourselves busy this year also for finding hidden cultural assets and for research. The year 2022 will be the year for us to know our reason of being. The sky will be with us among people with the same mind and we will harvest fruits we want. I ask your continuous interest and support.”

On the day, a special lecture was given by the converged archaeology professor Kidae Bok from Inha University Graduate School. Bok is the one who turned the disused Gwangsung Elementary School in Hongseong County to the Korea’s first Gojoseon History Museum.

Under the theme ‘understanding of Gojoseon’, Bok said “History is relative so the substantiality and detailed scope for time and territory must be set. Above all, we must have evidence to prove our arguments. It is time for us to put Gojoseon research on the track again by using historic records home and around.”

Ki (energy) painting artist Yujeong Seo who also is serving as the international exchange committee head of the forum, Dr. Jeongjin Park who has published 110 books and 30 papers and also is serving as the advisor of the forum, LA Church pastor Jaeyoung Choi, monthly Minjok-Joongheung publisher Sangdong Lee, 60 years of Ki training expert professor Hyungdong Kim, former member of the Seoul Metropolitan Council Gyeongja Kim and the National Solidarity for Gaya History representative Mingon Kim attended the forum on the day.
