Inner Peace is a South Korean food ingredients company established in 2019. The company has built recognition by supplying a variety of fresh ingredients that deals with almost all kinds: dairy, noodles, condiments, spices, meats, seafood, dough, oils and wine that amount approximately 450 kinds. 

Hanchul Kim, CEO of Inner Peace, is strict on choosing ingredients that must meet his own standard of freshness. Part of this include direct purchase from overseas manufacturers and suppliers. Good price of course is not to miss. Many dairy products and hams, for example, come directly from Italy and the US to the company's storages after thorough quality check and price competitiveness. 

Thanks to these pickiness and diligence of Kim, his 850 royal clients have high opinion of him and his products are going many restaurants, bars and cafes nationwide. In fact, not only his pickiness and diligence played in this but he visits client's stores on a regular basis to engage in cooking classes and recipe developments which then is reflected in development and supply of customized ingredients. Developed through this were 30 kinds of ingredients. 

One of these ingredients is the two cheese developed for pizza. Kim and his team poured passion for 1 year to make mix cheese and mozzarella. The mix has rich flavor, excellent look and moist tenderness while the mozzarella is 100% as it is without nothing in there. 

Inner Peace is growing twice the sales every year and recently relocated the warehouse with extended a 495 square meter big capacity. Kim predicts 10 billion won ($8.2 million) sales this year with confidence considering the growth rate at the moment.

"One of my good business practices is that supplying fresh ingredients with good price even if that results me less profit than it should be. This is one of the reasons that I directly import ingredients from manufacturers and suppliers. I believe this good practice has been the driving force that we have gained trust from around 1,500 clients today."

Inner Peace was listed in the 30 Promising Enterprises of Goyang City 2021 and stood alongside winners of the 2021 Korea Customer Satisfaction Power Awards and the 2022 Korea Consumer Brand Awards. <PowerKorea>
