Meta Edu started with a question of how we better teach English to children. Many would agree that past 20 years of English education at nurseries and kindergartens in South Korea have harvested nothing much in terms of speaking and reading. If your children have learned English for 3 years but they do no even speak or read simple sentences used every day, you are entitled to think that something has not been going on properly but money and time. Taking this issue more seriously than anyone else, the team of English teaching program developers at Meta Edu launched a passionate research and development and introduced an innovative next generation children English teaching program KIVA KIDS.

[KIVA KIDS]
KIVA KIDS is being used by around 80,000 children at around 1,200 educational institutions nationwide as of 2021, a surprising 550% sales increase on previous year. It is the first patented MTS language meta training system in the nation according to Jaehyun Ju, CEO of Meta Edu. It includes words entailed by songs and pictures and children are exposed to repeat of the words in a sentence to increase power of memory. Also included in the programs are vocabulary, story, conversation heard by native speakers alongside chants at different patterns and tempos through a total of 76 times of repetition a month.

[Partnership]
Startbust Edutech, an affiliate of Meta Edu, signed a licensing contract with Animaccord that produced Masha and the Bear which has more than 100 billion YouTube subscribers globally. The animation is channeled in 32 languages and a survey shows that it ranked second place after SpongeBob in 41 countries. The contract is for Meta Edu to re-produce  it as English teaching materials and to distribute it to educational institutions through its 52 local branches nationwide.

[Other Notable Programs]
Other notable programs of Meta Edu include Meta Korean that helps children increase Korean competency through systematic phonics, compositions and patterns, and PBL (Project Based Learning) English developed based on US society, science and math curriculums and targets to improve communications, creativity, critical thinking and collaboration abilities. <PowerKorea>
