Math and English are two most important subjects for Korean students to get higher marks than other subjects in order to enter top universities. However, many of them seem to be struggling with Korean which is as much important as math and English but rather looked down upon.

Located in Namyangju, one and twenty minute drive toward east from Seoul, Morning of Korean is a cram school specialized in Korean language and literature for SCAT (College Scholastic Ability Test). The school is famous for effective training methods that help students increase understandability of text and analytic thinking.

“It is important for teachers to equip students with understandability and analytic thinking and above all why they need these skills. This is because these skills encourage motivation and it will lead to self-directed learning. A job of teachers here is to assist students to achieve this” says Choi Won-suk, Director of Morning of Korean.

South Korean university entrance exam (CSAT) has been running for over 20 years. Choi points out that it has patterns in texts and questions. He and his team update these patterns on a regular basis and make them into a formula for students to get better marks. Alongside, one on one consulting is provided for all students to build up their goals and progress.

The excellent teaching methods of Morning of Korean are well recognized by numerous students who have made for top universities in South Korea: Yonsei University, Hanyang University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Konkuk University, Kyung Hee University and Sogang University.
