6casa is a premium ripened pork and beef restaurant. 6 means 'meat' in Korean alongside the number six and casa means house in Spanish. Pork and beef are ripened for 15 days and sold in limited number for maximum freshness and taste. It opens at 5pm and closes at 11pm. Menus are consisted as assorted meals so that dinners can taste a number of different parts of the meat. The side dishes are offered unlimited but you have to help yourself.
What distinguishes 6casa from other meat restaurants is the condiment it uses: bay salt, pink salt, aronia, garlic olive pickled shrimp and wasabi chilli pepper source. Desert is a cold spicy noodle that can remove oiliness of the meat.
6casa uses corns for the fuel instead of charcoals. Corn enlivens the original taste of the meant, lowers the unique meat smell and the smoke is eco-friendly and well kept inside. Charcoal on the other hand creates cancer-causing agents and gives your clothes the smell you might want to avoid when leaving the restaurant. You do not need to grill the meat as a staff comes to you to do it for you.
Instead of soju and beer, commonly served in South Korea, you can order wine and sangria at 6casa by glass. Also, the water served at 6casa is fresh and the coffee also has the quality and taste like it has been made at a cafe. PowerKorea.
