Kisung ARC is a South Korean company specialized in car seats. Established in February 2006, the company has provided the parts to SsangYong Motor. Its innovative back seat frame is applied to Actyon sports, Korando sports and Rexton sports.

Kisung ARC joined the 'industry-academy cooperation for technology development' of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2018. As a result, the company designed and developed a seat back reclining seat for SUV and a cushion sliding-driven seat frame.

From February this year, the company also introduced a back seat under tray (patent design No.30-1058293) to secure more storages in a car. Kisung is famous for moving fast to read and answer customer wants and needs and lack of storage has been one of the top lists of complaint for many drivers in South Korea. The back seat under tray currently is being sold at 40 retail stores and online nationwide alongside being applied to various models of SsangYong Motor.

Thanks to the continuous research and development, Kisung ARC has obtained numerous certificates relating to risk management, quality management, IATF and R&D alongside the Root Enterprise, Venture Enterprise and Inno-Biz. Also, the company listed its name in the 14th Korea Excellent Patent Award hosted by the Hankook Ilbo and sponsored by the Korea Institute of Patent Information and the Korea Intellectual Property Service Center.

As of July 2020, the monthly sales of Kisung ARC jumped to more than 100 million won (92,216 USD) and CEO Yeom Ki-wan is hiring more employees to meet the market demand. He is pouring part of the profits into development of facilities, mold and jig to create synergy with partners.

"We expect more than 2 billion won yearly sales from March 2021. We have confidence in quality and customer satisfaction as well as our continuous and passionate research and development and we are determined to make the target" says Yeom.

Kisung ARC won a ministerial prize from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups at the 2020 Innobiz Day.
