A 10 minute of Health Spin keeps physical balance

Some experts point out that those who work for more than 9 hours on a chair can have blood circulation problem. This is because the blood gathers down to the legs and not many of them stand up to recirculate it on a regular basis. The experts advise that walking greatly helps to keep balanced spine and pelvis so people are encouraged to stand up to move or walk even just for 10 minutes. Well understanding this factor, Health Spin CEO Lee Woong-sik carried on his research for 5 years and developed an indoor supplementary exercise device which he named ‘Health Spin’.

Health Spin is designed to be used in a limited space. You can step on the circular plate in balance and rotate the plate. The two circular plates rotate 360 degrees within 13 degree angle distance. The device helps to strengthen the six-pack and to massage the sole of the foot with acupressure stones which are good for plantar fasciitis, varicose vein and intoe.  

“Health Spin is different from what you normally see in the parks. It rotates like the number 8 shape twist which creates equivalent exercise effect to climbing stairs. 10 minute of Health Spin a day can bring substantial difference to your body” says Lee. 

The benefits of using Health Spin, according to Lee, are improvement of the six pack, ankles, calves and pelvis as well as the balance of the body. When used alongside a chin-up bar, the effect can be doubled. 

“Using a chin-up bar with Health Spin can catch three rabbits at two stones: aerobic, resistance exercise and flexibility exercise. Some of the people who have used Health Spin in fact are giving us their review that 10 minute use of Health Spin reduced swelling of face and improved cramp on the legs and spread up the curved waist.”

Lee has obtained patents for Health Spin in Korea and China. He also received the Greatest Creative Management of the Year and the Korea Power Brand Award in recognition of his development.
