The 4th Unified Korean Peninsula Arm Wrestling Competition was held at Marronier Park on 23 May. The event was co-hosted by the Unification Education Association and the North and South Youth Central Federation, and co-managed by the Great Korea Armwrestling Association and the Unified Korean Peninsula Center.

The Great Korea Armwrestling Associationis an organization that is promoting Korean arm wrestling, running training courses and issuing instructor and judge certificates. The president Hogul Moon established Korea Armwrestling Association in 1995 followed by the Korea Folk Sports Association and the Korean Folk Game Association, and established the Great Korea Armwrestling Association in 2006.

He has held more than 1,000 arm wrestling competitions, won the 6th prize at a world arm wrestling competition, and served as an international arm wrestling judge. He received a ministerial citationfrom the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and has served as a judge ofthe Brilliant Korean People Awards for several times.

Alongside various activities of the Great Korea Armwrestling Association, the World Power Federation is endeavoring to bring reconciliation to the world and spread excellence of Korean arm wrestling to more people.
