Competence in English has many advantages since more than 70% of information in the world is being streamed in English. You can watch TV, read books, joins celebrity fan clubs or make international friends without much difficulty once become confident with this global language. 

The goal of Hyunjae Language School is to make English learners speak fluently without studying or living in the English spoken countries.

To fulfill its goal, Hyunjae Language School runs its curriculum built based on the EOP (English Only Policy). The class is divided into Korean teachers and natives; the former gives more focus on management of the class while the latter on reading, writing and speaking; this ‘Whole Language System’ provides students two sided support from both Korean teachers and natives to maximize student’s learning effect. 

Hyunjae Language School’s free online class and special lectures alongside various online programs also play a role to encourage student’s interest in learning and accelerate their academic performance. It is notable that all teachers at Hyunjae Language School have more than 5 years of experience in the field and they all have gone through the school’s strict personality test. 

“The most important part in learning English is reading. Reading increases understanding and judgment and it affect one’s personality. Watching movies is also helpful to deepen emotional side. Children learn and grow from their parents so they naturally follow the lead when their parents read regularly” says CEO Kim Nak-chan. 

Hyunjae Language School has been donating around 80 million won to 100 million won (US $89,000) a year to universities, churches and charity organizations in effort to make contributions to society especially for those underprivileged. 

In recognition of its innovative curriculum and educational vision, Hyunjae Language School received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Prize at the INNOVATION WINNER 2018.
