전북관광, ‘전북투어패스’ 한 장으로 OK!
전북투어패스는 카드 한 장을 손에 들고 전북지역 14개 시군에 산재한 유구의 문화유산을 비롯해 청정 자연유산을 만끽할 수 있도록 각종 무료·할인 혜택을 받을 수 있게 한 제도이다. 이는 전북도정 핵심시책 중 하나로 전국 최초로 도입된 사업이다. 전북도는 군산 근대역사박물관에서 송하진 도지사를 비롯한 14개 시장ㆍ군수, 도의원, 관광업계 및 지역주민 등 300여명이 참석한 가운데 「전북투어패스」 발매 선포식을 가졌다. 송 지사는 축사를 통해 “2017년은 오랜만에 우리 지역에서 대규모 국제행사가 열리는 관광객 유치의 호기다.”라며 “전북투어패스와 2017 전북방문의 해 사업의 연계를 통해 국내외 관광객 3,500만 명 유치를 달성하도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다. 이날 선포식에서는 전북투어패스의 통합 브랜드인 ‘한국체험 1번지 전라북도’와 ‘전통문화 1번지 전주’ 등 14개 시군의 브랜드가 각각 선포됐으며 송 지사를 비롯한 시장․군수들이 직접 전북투어패스를 이용하여 자유이용시설을 방문, 체험했다. 또한 온라인마켓 대표, 대학생, 문화관광해설사, 수학여행 전담지도사 등 관광 전문가·실무자들이 현장에서 체득하는 전북투어패스의 발전방안에 대해 소통의 시간도 가졌다. 전북도는 전북투어패스 발매로 전북 14개 시군의 전통문화, 생태자원, 농산어촌 등 전북의 풍부한 관광자원을 통합 연계함에 따라 전북에서 관광객의 체류시간이 연장되는 등 관광산업이 살아날 것으로 기대하고 있다. 도는 또한 전북투어패스를  ‘FIFA U20 월드컵’, ‘2017 WTF 세계태권도 선수권 대회’ 등 대규모 국제행사와 연계하고, 2017 전북 방문의 해 선포식, 관광홍보대사(한류스타), 홈페이지, SNS, 래핑 광고 등 적극적인 온․오프라인 홍보를 통해 관광객 유치에 적극 활용한다는 계획이다.

전라북도, 제2기 청년정책포럼 발대식 가져
전라북도는 청년층의 자발적 참여를 이끌어내고 현장의 다양한 청년의 목소리를 들어 청년들의 도정 참여를 활성화하기 위한 제2기 청년청책포럼을 구성, “전라북도의 꿈을 향한 청년의 열정! 이제 시작합니다”라는 주제로 지난 달 17일 발대식을 가졌다. 제2기 청년정책포럼은 지난 1월 공모를 통해 선발된 대학생, 직장인, CEO, 문화예술인, 교사, 자영업인 등 다양한 직업을 가진 청년들로 구성되었다. 발대식에서는 위촉장 수여와 ‘17년 청년정책 시행계획 보고, “청년리더의 역할“ 특강과 “오늘은 희한하게 청년들의 소소한 이야기에 빠져든다.”라는 주제로 청년 소통의 시간도 가졌다. 이날 분과회의에서는 분과위원장과 간사를 선출하고 공감대 형성을 위해 청년들의 소소한 이야기를 자유롭게 이야기하는 방식으로 진행하였고, 향후 활동방안에 대한 논의도 있었다. 참석한 청년위원은 “청년문제를 고민하고 우리들의 목소리가 청년정책에까지 연결될 수 있다고 생각하니 가슴이 뛰고 즐거웠다”며   스스로도 성장할 수 있는 기회가 되기를 기대한다고 소감을 밝혔다. 청년정책포럼은 일자리·창업, 문화, 복지, 교육 4개 분과로 나뉘어 활동하며, 각 분야에서 청년들의 정책 아이디어를 수집하고 생활현장 속 청년문제를 조사, 의견을 취합·전달하게 된다. 또한, 정기적 소통을 위해 전체회의 연 2회를 정례화하고 필요시 분과별로 수시회의를 개최할 계획이며, 포럼 위원에게는 분과별 회의진행을 위한 행정·재정적 지원과 국내 타 지자체 청년위원·단체와 교류 등을 지원한다. 송하진 전라북도지사는“청년들의 다양한 수요에 부합하는 반짝이는 아이디어를 더해 주면 청년들이 믿고 의지할 수 있는 「전라북도형 청년정책」이 탄생하리라 확신한다.”며 “청년정책포럼 위원으로서 사명감과 자긍심을 가지고 지혜를 모아달라”고 당부했다.

Jeonbuk Tour Pass makes your travel easy
With a Jeonbuk Tour Pass, you can tour the 14 counties and cities in North Jeolla Province more easily with additional free or discounted benefits. The province introduced the pass as one of its core policies and the pass is the first of its kind in Korea. 300 people including local government officials and residents attended the pass launching ceremony and the governor Song Ha-jin said “A large scale international event is taken place in our region and we need to use it to invite more tourists. We will link the pass to the programs of 2017 Jeonbuk Visit Year to invite our targeted 35 million tourists within the year.” In the ceremony, 14 regional brands including ‘No.1 Korea Experience Destination Jeonbuk’ and ‘No.1 Traditional and Cultural City Jeonju’ were announced and the participants used the pass to tour the route and enjoy the experience programs. The ceremony also invited tourism specialists to a discussion to bring up development measures of the pass. The pass connected tradition, culture, ecology and agricultural and marine products of the 14 counties and cities of the province and it is expected to contribute to boosting regional economy. For this, the province is planning to link the pass to ‘FIFA U20 World Cup’ and ‘2017 WTF World Taekwondo Championships’ and to on/off line commercials. 

Jeonbuk holds 2nd opening ceremony of Youth Policy Forum
North Jeolla Province held the 2nd opening ceremony of Youth Policy Forum on 17 last month under the slogan ‘Youth Be Ambitious for Jeonbuk! Let’s Start Now!’ The members of the 2nd forum is consisted of university students, office workers, CEOs, artists, teachers and self-employeed chosen through the public contest last January. ’17 years of youth policy report’, ‘the role of young leaders’ and ‘I’m drawn into stories of young people today’ were presented in the ceremony on the day. At each sectional meeting during the ceremony also elected its assistant administrator and gathered opinions of the members on future activity plans. A participant said “I’m so excited that I can take part to discuss on matters of youth issues and policies and I will use this as an opportunity for me to grow a level high.” Youth Policy Forum runs 4 divisions: job, startup, culture and welfare. Each division gathers ideas and opinions to be delivered to the central management to be reflected in the policy of the province. The forum holds two general meetings a year with additional sectional meetings when necessary and the forum committee members are provided with administrative and financial support for exchange with other divisions and organizations. The governor of the province Song Ha-jin said “We can bring up effective ‘Jeonbuk-style youth policy’ by directly gathering opinions of the young people in the province. I ask you all to work hard and achieve great results together.”
