A new concept sales marketing removes price bubble

Online shopping is needed to be approached in different ways from offline shopping as people just can visit without any intention to buy a product. CEO Kim Sung-Su of Coin paid a careful attention to this fact and created a new yield structure through O2O which can find potential buyers and offers benefits. Kim used to work in the distribution and insurance industries and developed ‘SPAS (Sales Process Analysis System)’ which can turn online buyers to offline buyers inspired by keyword banner advertisement and press commercials. It took 6 years for Kim to develop SPAS which connects partner companies to buyers and obtained a related patent for the first time in the field. Buyers can choose selected information and sellers can secure potential buyers through SPAS. Buyers received points in return of providing personal information and the history of materials and purchase are transparently management for safety. Part of profits of sellers goes back to buyers and part of profits goes to the planner, producer, storyteller and designer who created detailed commercial pages through ‘payment per sales method’.

In other words, sellers do not need to worry about wasting their money on commercials and the ad-makers also can create unique commercials. SPAS also improved the existing practice of open markets and social commerce taking all the profits while ignoring the effort of blogger’s contribution to feedbacks with photos of the product. Insurance sales on Coin’s sales mall, for example, give customers the performance of insurance service providers in photos and contents and a customer who provides his personal information in return can receive 5,000 points on phone call, 10,000 on face to face interview, 15,000 on completion of consulting and 30,000 on signing a contract which is higher than the existing cash back points. The partner insurance sellers can give part of their ad rates to member customers and the customers pay to sellers to return the profits to producers. This means that sellers can also be buyers in this cycling, division and reductive shopping structure. Individuals or small businesses and sellers can open a store in Coin’s sales mall and Kim plans to include new partnerships in addition to the existing fields of insurance, car and finance from 2017. As part of the plan, Kim is preparing to recruit 1,000 sellers nationwide by the end of January starting from insurance. Also, Kim is exerting his effort in obtaining a patent for mobile ad that can remove price bubble. Kim connects the buyers who know personal information is a means of two way communications to the sellers who wish to create maximum commercial effect at a low cost and to the ad agents who can make creative ads. <Power Korea> wishes Kim and Coin a fruitful 2017.
