Making a success through ‘power sponsoring system
Network marketing is still an unexplored field for many. Kang Sung-il, the president of The Korea Network Marketing Association explains “Saying that I saw a movie and recommended it to others and the number of viewers increased as a result. But I get nothing from the movie agent for that. In network marketing, you can generate profits by doing that as a businessman.” Kang is famous for applying network marketing to the education industry to use it as a marketing messenger. “You need to be instructed under university exam specialists to get into top universities. Saying if companies are universities, my ‘power sponsoring system’ is a university exam specialist” explains Kang.

In order to deliver basics knowledge on network marketing, Kang published two books: <How to Start Network Marketing?> and <Practical Strategy & Secretes of Successful Network Marketers>. You can learn Kang’s knowhow in network marketing and good examples of those who made a success in the books. Kang’s consulting style is to find one’s talent and capability first. “We often say ‘A god’s move’ in the game of go. The same applies to network marketing which makes you enable to recruit your business partners limitlessly. But you can’t apply ‘the move’ if you don’t understand the principle. So I always think about effective ways to deliver the principle” says Kang.

Kang triples the sales within a year
“A successful businessman generally has a great supporter” 

Kang’s customized consulting has drawn remarkable results. A food and cosmetics company which received a consulting from Kang tripled its sales within a year. Kang emphasized on the roles of CEO, staff and business operators. The success point was to steadily increase the number of royal business operators by preventing them from leaving. “The most important thing in network marketing is to choose a right company. You might enjoy a temporary success but bad choice of company will lead you to failure at the end of the day” advises Kang. Many people are led to the world of network marketing through their acquaintance but they often miss check-up on objective data of the company they are joining in. Kang continues “A patron who provides you valuable advice is vital. I meet a lot of talented people through my consulting. I always learn the fact that you will still fail if you fail to meet a patron who is capable and has a good personality.” Meanwhile, Kang is planning to introduce consulting programs that can guarantee a 200% success and to establish a global network marketing consulting firm with a vision of sharing the profits with the society. <Power Korea>
