Daehyun divides all cases through client’s request into three kinds of A, B and C. Of these, A group is rather simple cases in which one lawyer’s expedition is most efficient and ultimately goes on by receiving review from the senior attorney. B Group is the cases in which two lawyers proceed by cooperation from the beginning to the end. This has a merit for criminal case that review is possible from both places of attorney and prosecutor. C Group is the cases involving three or more lawyers. It means cases complex and requiring professional knowledge, such as corporate legal affairs, corporate merger and acquisition, foreign investment and foreign legal affairs, or critical cases that can bring large wavelengths to society. Attorney Yoon said, “Approach by sorting case groups is the more effective system and it can bring far more excellent results than when a person proceeds with it, not to mention swift handling.
