캐디플러스가 이처럼 큰 사랑을 받는 또 다른 이유는 ‘철저한 A/S’에 있다. 위너골프텍코리아의 조양원 대표는 “스크린골프 창업은 상당한 초기 투자비용이 들어갑니다. 때문에 일부 저가 타석스크린 업체의 경우 불법 판을 사용하거나 영세업체의 프로그램 센서를 사서 조립 후 판매하는 행태가 만연하고 있습니다. 전파연구소의 전파필증조차 획득하지 않은 이런 제품의 경우 고장이 잦을 뿐만 아니라 A/S 또한 어려워 운영 시 어려움을 겪을 확률이 높아집니다”라고 지적했다. 위너골프텍코리아에서는 공사 제품에 대한 지속적인 A/S와 더불어 인테리어와 기계를 함께 설치한 업체에 대해서는 2~3개월 간 온·오프라인 연습장 광고 노하우를 직접 진행함으로서 운영 초기 안정적인 매출 확보가 가능하도록 돕고 있다.

CEO Jo is seeing more than 100% growth rate in membership on last year. But he points out excellent after sale services and marketing support as the two top contributors to his success. “The initial capital to open a store, Jo explains, is quite expensive and some companies, for this reason, use illegal products or assemble cheap sensors which do not have the certificate of radio wave given by the National Radio Research Agency. These products are not guaranteed of after sale services but likely to gets broken easily.” Winner Golftec, on the other hand, guarantees excellent after sale services and it comes with a 2 to 3 month on/off marketing service in addition when buying the interior package together. This can steadily increase profits and a number of customers in each store.
