여성가족부, '가족친화인증 사후컨설팅' 주제 가족친화포럼 열려
가족친화경영의 확산과 실효성 제고를 위한 ‘가족친화인증 사후컨설팅’ 활성화를 위해, 가족친화인증기업·기관, 관련 전문가들이 함께 머리를 맞대는 자리가 마련된다. 여성가족부 강은희 장관은 전국은행연합회관 컨벤션홀에서 가족친화인증기업·기관의 임원 등 80여 명이 참석한 가운데  ’2016년도 제1차 가족친화포럼’을 개최한다고 밝혔다. ‘가족친화포럼’은 일과 가정을 조화롭게 병행할 수 있는 직장환경 조성을 위해 정부와 가족친화인증기업 및 기관, 관련 전문가 등이 함께 참여하는 자발적 협의체다. 이날 포럼은 ‘가족친화인증 사후컨설팅의 효과성 제고’를 주제로 구자숙 경희대 경영학과 교수의 발제와 가족친화 컨설턴트인 노사발전재단 강혜정 박사 등의 추가 토론으로 진행된다.

특히 두 번째 토론에서는 실제 가족친화인증 사후컨설팅을 받은 의정부시설관리공단의 사례를 공유하며, 사후컨설팅을 통한 긍정적인 영향과 향후 기대효과에 대해 이야기를 나눌 예정이다. 올해 가족친화포럼은 분기별 1회를 포함해 지역사회와 연계하여 총 7회 진행될 계획이며, 이번 제1차 포럼에서는 ‘15년도 가족친화포럼 운영 결과 및 ’16년도 운영 계획도 공유할 예정이다. 강은희 여성가족부 장관은 “올해 가족친화인증기업의 질적 내실화를 모색하고자 다양한 콘텐츠의 가족친화 직장교육을 제공하고 있으며, 기업이 필요로 하는 가족친화컨설팅도 확대 지원한다”고 밝히고, “사후컨설팅은 가족친화인증을 받은 후에도 가족친화경영을 더욱 발전시켜 제도적·문화적으로 성장할 수 있는 계기가 될 것”이라고 강조했다. 강 장관은 이어 “앞으로도 여성가족부와 가족친화포럼 운영 사무국인 한국건강가정진흥원은 가족친화포럼이 가족친화인증기업의 공고한 협력의 장으로 거듭날 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다. 

다문화가족 의료지원으로 ‘행복나눔’
다문화가족의 안정적 국내생활 정착을 지원하기 위한 민관협력의 ‘다문화가족 의료지원 사업’이 여성가족부 강은희 장관과 중앙대학교병원 김성덕 원장, KRX국민행복재단 최경수 이사장 간 업무협약으로 본격화된다. 여성가족부를 포함한 3개 기관은 한국거래소 서울사옥에서 강은희 여성가족부 장관, 김성덕 중앙대학교병원 원장, 최경수 KRX국민행복재단 이사장 및 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 다문화가족의 의료지원 사업을 운영하기 위해 상호 협력하는 내용의 업무협력을 체결했다. ‘다문화가족 의료지원 사업’은 전국 다문화가족 밀집지역과 도서벽지 등 의료 취약지역을 방문해 첨단 의료장비가 탑재되어 있는 ‘찾아가는 행복나눔 검진버스’를 통해 무상의료서비스를 실시하는 사업으로, 지난 2013년부터 진행돼 왔다. 검진서비스는 경기도 안산, 충북 영동 등 전국지역에서 수요조사를 거쳐 저소득층 다문화가족을 대상으로 연간 20회(매월 1~2회)에 진행하며, 매회 20여명의 의료진과 KRX 임직원 봉사단이 자원봉사자로 참여하여 전국 3,400여명의 다문화가족에게 심전도, X-ray, 복부·유방·골반 초음파, 간기능, 자궁경부암 등 건강검진을 제공한다. 이번 업무협약으로 3개 기관은 기관별 역할을 보다 명확히 하고, 상호 긴밀한 협조체계를 구축하게 됐다. 강은희 여성가족부 장관은 “정부 정책만으로는 다문화가족의 모든 어려움을 해소하기에 한계가 있는 상황에서, 두 기관이 지역사회에서 소외받거나 취약한 가족을 대상으로 사회적 책임을 다하기 위해 자발적으로 나서 주신 데 진심으로 감사드린다”고 밝히고, “여성가족부는 앞으로 사회 전반의 변화를 이끌어 올 수 있는 중요한 정책수단으로써 외부기관과의 협력에 더욱 최선을 다할 계획이다”고 밝혔다. 

Kang holds 1st Family-friendly Forum
Minister of Gender Equality and Family Kang Eun-hee invited 80 officials of the family-friendly certified companies and public institutions to the 1st Family-friendly Forum held at the convention hall of the Korea Federation of Banks to discuss on promoting 'Family-friendly Certified After Care Consulting'. The forum encourages companies and organizations to provide an environment for female employees to work and take care of their home at the same time. Under the theme of 'Family-friendly Certified After Care Consulting', Economics Prof. Gu Ja-sook of Kyunghee University and Dr. Kang Hye-jeong of the Korea Labor Foundation led the discussion in the forum. The participants shared the case of the Uijeongbu Institution Public Corporation which received the consulting and talked about its positive effect. The forum is scheduled to be held 7 times in connection with regional societies in 2016 and the participants reviewed the results of 2015 and the plan for 2016 at this first forum.

Kang said "The forum provides various family-friendly contents and customized support for companies and organizations. Family-friendly Certified After Care Consulting in particular will be a momentum to develop family-friendly management and it will be systematically settled down in our society in near future. For this, we and the Korean Institute for Healthy Family (secretariat of the forum) will keep promoting the forum." 

Kang launches 'Multi-cultural Family Medical Support Project'
The existing private-public medical support for multi-cultural families is to be systematized by Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Chungang University Hospital (Director Kim Sung-deok) and KRX Happy Foundation (President Choi Gyeong-su) as they signed an agreement for cooperation at the Korea Exchange building. Started in 2013, this free medical support project has provided for densely populated areas of multi-cultural family and also for the people living in remote areas by using the itinerant buses loaded with cutting edge medical equipment. The service will be carried out 20 times a year (1 or 2 times monthly) by the 20 medical specialists with the staff of KRX as volunteers. They will provide medical examinations such as ECG (electrocardiogram), X-ray, ultrasonic waves, liver function and cervical cancer for about 3,400 people. Minister Kang said "I'm sincerely thankful for the cooperation of the two organizations as the free medical support is difficult to carry out by the government alone. We will keep expand the scope of our cooperation with more organizations in various fields."
