±ÝÀ¶±â°üÀÌ °³ÀÎÀ̳ª ±â¾÷¿¡ µ·À» ºô·ÁÁÖ°í 3°³¿ù ÀÌ»ó ¿ø±Ý°ú ÀÌÀÚ¸¦ ȸ¼öÇÏÁö ¸øÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Â ¿¬Ã¼»óÅÂÀÇ ´ëÃâ ä±ÇÀ» ºÎ½Çä±Ç(NPL)À̶ó°í ºÎ¸¥´Ù. ÀºÇà¿¡ ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ NPLÀÌ ¸¹¾ÆÁö¸é ±ÝÀ¶ °¨µ¶±â°üÀº ÀºÇàÀÇ ÀÚ»ê °ÇÀü¼º(BIS ºñÀ²)¿¡ ¹®Á¦¸¦ Á¦±âÇÑ´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ NPL ÅõÀÚ´Â ¿î¿µ±â°£À̳ª ¹æ¹ý¿¡ µû¶ó Åë»ê ¿¬ 15~30%ÀÇ ³ôÀº ¼öÀÍ·üÀ» ¿Ã¸± ¼ö ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ºÎµ¿»ê ÅõÀÚ³ª ´Ù¸¥ ÅõÀÚ»óÇ°¿¡ ºñÇØ ¾ÈÁ¤¼º, ȯ±Ý¼º, ¼öÀͼº µîÀÌ º¸ÀåµÈ ¾ÈÀüÇÑ ÅõÀÚ±â¹ýÀ¸·Î ºÒȲ±âÀÇ »õ·Î¿î ÀçÅ×Å© ¼ö´ÜÀ¸·Î °¢±¤¹Þ°í ÀÖ´Ù. ±×·¯³ª NPL ÅõÀÚ°¡ Å©°Ô ÁÖ¸ñ¹ÞÀ¸¸ç ÀÌ¿¡ µû¸¥ ºÎÀÛ¿ëµµ ³ªÅ¸³ª°í ÀÖ´Ù. ÀúÈñ´Â NPLÀÌ ÇâÈÄ ºÎµ¿»ê ÅõÀÚÀÇ ´ë¼¼°¡ µÉ °ÍÀ̶ó Àü¸ÁÇÏ°í, °¢ ºÐ¾ß Àü¹®°¡µéÀÌ ¸ð¿© ±¹³» °ü·Ã ¾÷°è ¾îµð¿¡¼­µµ º¼ ¼ö ¾ø¾ú´ø, ÀüÇô »õ·Î¿î ‘¿ø½ºÅé ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½º’¸¦ Á¦°øÇÏ°í ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù”¶ó°í ¹àÇû´Ù.

NPL ÅõÀÚÀÇ ÀáÀç·Â¿¡ ÁÖ¸ñÇÑ °ûÅ塂 ´ëÇ¥´Â °ü·ÃµÈ ¸ðµç ¼­ºñ½º¸¦ ÅëÇÕÇÔÀ¸·Î¼­ º¸´Ù È¿À²ÀûÀÌ°í ¾ÈÁ¤¼º ³ôÀº ¼öÀ͸ðµ¨À» ¸¸µé¾î³Â´Ù. ù ¹ø°°¡ ¹Ù·Î NPL¿¡ ÅõÀÚÇÏ´Â ¹ýÀÎÀ̳ª °³Àο¡°Ô NPL ¸ÅÀÔÀڱݿ¡ ´ëÇÑ ´ëÃâ, À̸¥¹Ù ‘Áú±Ç´ëÃâ’À» Áß°³ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù. °û ´ëÇ¥´Â “NPL ½ÃÀå¿¡¼­´Â Áú±Ç´ëÃâÀ̶ó´Â ÇüŸ¦ ÅëÇØ NPL ¸ÅÀԱݾ×ÀÇ 70%¿¡¼­ 90%±îÁö ´ëÃâÀÌ °¡´ÉÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Noble Holdings brings high profits through safe NPL investment
NPL (Non Performing Loan) is a loan that is in default for 90 days or close to being in default. We will achieve this on a mid and long term perspective. We will make profits and reinvest them and so on through our safer investment method.
