Sin opened the flagship restaurant in Ingye-dong in Suwon and is now running three more affiliated restaurants around Sungkyunkwan Univesrity, Top-dong in Osan City and Seohyeon-dong in Seongnam City. Each restaurant has its own local speciality as a side menu to boost up regional competitiveness. But the key factor of Sin's success is at its unforgettable taste. To keep up the taste, Sin secures the freshest Jukkumi in the season in quantity and conduct a 10 hour long cleaning, drying, seasoning and fermenting process under a strict hygiene and safety rule. This is all because Sin does not like the idea and practice of thoughtless 'just mix it-leave it-sell it'.

With its fresh ingredients, delicious taste and competitive price, Sin is ready to expand his business. "I have experimented with various ideas and items to promote my business. I'm currently working with partner companies which have excellent management system and we are providing comprehensive training from keeping the consistency of the taste and restaurant management to customer service." Sin knows very well how hard it is for people who want to start and run a business. That is why he puts mutual growth very high. He holds a meeting with his restaurant owners on a regular basis and carries out co-development of menus. This way, Sin believes, they can increase profitability of each restaurant. Sin's ambition is making people remind themselves of Sin's Jukkumi instantly the moment they hear the word 'Jukkumi' or 'something spicy'. Also, Sin wants to make his brand last a hundred years rather than sparkles shortly and disappear forever.
