They minimize skin damages while maximize the supply of nutrition and this satisfies the modern female consumers. In the same vein, Bae is more focused on the fundamental function of cosmetics. He said "Like many beauty specialists say, cleansing is more important than make up because the waste and chemical substance in the pores cause various skin troubles and damages." 

There are three kinds of Aria cleansing powder: Aloe(calming the skin and supplying moisture), Green Tea(preventing troubles and aging) and Oatmeal(supplying nutrition and anti-aging). The powder is excellent at removing waste, sebum and dead skin and you can adjust the amount of the powder and water before mixing to use it. The powder contains the extracts of cactus, houttuynia cordata, rice bran powder, natural herbs and peppermint and these ingredients supply nutrition to the skin. Another advantage of Aria is sensibility and practicality for women. Bae said "Cosmetics for women are daily necessities and cleansing products in particular need to provide the convenience to use." This philosophy is nicely applied to the design of Aria. The tube is ergonomically designed so that you can easily grab the tube. Also, it is light and easy to carry and the product is provided with a free pouch and a stainless case for travel. Especially, the one-touch cover of Aria has significantly reduced the inconvenience of the existing products. 

Leading K-Beauty by entering the overseas market
As the sole Korean cleansing specialized brand, Aria is targeting the overseas market. This is because JB Company has already built a global network. In terms of domestic sales, Bae is planning to sell the product by franchise rather than door-to-door sales and for this, he has already signed a contract with the luxury hotels around Haeundae in Busan City. 

Bae's idea when launching Aria was that the value of the brand should represent the value of the company. It means that Aria should not take advantage of K-Beauty for a short term profit but it must have its own identity and competitiveness to be the top beauty brand in the world. 

The brand concept of Aria is the same as JB Company: 3S - Simple idea, Simple design, Simple product. But the challenge and innovation of JB Company are more than this. The company's Material Technology Research Institute has developed a wireless outlet technology and obtained a patent for it. Bae is currently preparing for commercialization of the product by minimizing its size and improving the battery. The product is scheduled to be complete by May next year and is to be released through a partnership with major companies. 

Growing together with Yeoju City
JB Company puts its value at its philosophy of mutual growth and coexistence. Bae said "A company must be built on the philosophy of mutual growth and job creation in the region. Through this, we can gain trust from our customers and respect from the local residents." In this respect, Bae is determined to grow JB Company as the representative company of Yeoju and to activate the regional economy. He said "Yeoju is a beautiful city located in the middle of Korea. Although the development of the city was slow due to the regulation on Namhan River, the city has a huge potential to grow." The city is bordered by Gangwon, Chungcheong and Gyeonggi Provinces and the traffic network is fantastic. 

Meanwhile, Bae held an event called 'Silicon Valley in Yeoju' at Yeoju University in last May and delivered his knowledge about the people who work in Silicon Valley to the students and pre-founders in the region. With the hope of making Yeoju City as the Korean Silicon Valley, Bae is planning to hold another event in September this year. 

The motto of JB Company is 'Where there is will, there is success.' Challenge for Bae and JB Company means to achieve one's will but not success itself and the success, in this case, is another word for achievement. Let us expect to see a better Yeoju and society made by Bae and JB Company and the citizens all together.
