Therefore, you need to study on the floating population in the area, commercial supremacy, propensity to consume and the level of income", adding that "The recently built Ulsan Woojeong Innovation City is praised for the balance between the new and old cities. Both city centers are only 1km apart each other and the influx of population and commercial supremacy in the areas are very good."

The city can accommodate 20,000 population and has an easy accessibility to the nearby Ulsan Expressway, Gyeongbu Expressway, KTX Ulsan Station, Ulsan Airport and Donghae Nambu Line (Railroad). However, there are some difficulties as well. "Because of department stores and large marts in Ulsan, our consulting is often limited to small businesses. Nevertheless, we are doing best to provide the best startup services available" said Kang.
