Han said "pass is important but more so is there after. That's why we built a network to help them start their business or have a job. This is also our asset in a long term perspective."

Han also emphasized on the importance of 'manpower network'. He formed, with successful candidates' a club called 'Gwanghakwhae' in which the members communicate and encourage with each other. They share information on real estate, recommend jobs and help starting business.

Han is consistently participating in Gwanghakwhae to listen to the feedback and suggestions for improvement and share his ideas and solutions with them. 
The institute's one year-based curriculum is systematically designed and its tax accountant & judicial scrivener turned lecturers are the driving force of the institute. 

Han said "most of our students are housewives. They are showing a great performance with their delicateness and detail especially in the apartment field." 
The age groups of the students are from the 20s to 60s regardless gender but  housewives in their 30s and 40s take most seats due to the fact that they can carry on both career and housework at the same time. 

Because many of them left from academic world long time ago, Han and the lecturers teach students step by step. Han actually monitors lessons so that he can reflect the demand of students and improve the weak points of the lesson.
In addition, Han built real time video lectures for the first time in the region so that students can review the lessons at anytime at home and MP3 files of the lessons are also provided.
