Fostering global leaders based on patriotism

Citizenship, a virtue of global leader

Dosan Ahn Chang-ho  emphasized on 'fostering youth leaders' and many of those who pursue Ahn's teaching are active in various fields. Chief Director Yoonbae Lee of Hung Sa Dan among them has been carrying out hundreds of leadership lectures, university education and social contribution for many years in order to foster global leaders. 

Lee introduced '4 Phases of Training Program for Innovative Global Leaders' under the title of 'YB Leadership'. It is closely related to 'Global Citizenship' comprising 'Self Management' which is a virtue of a leader who has vision, sense of duty and honesty, 'Interpersonal Management' a virtue of persuasion and bargaining power and 'Organization Management' a virtue of harmony.

Dosan Ahn Chang-ho's ideology is 'Daegongjui'. Lee said "it can be interpreted as 'citizenship' because it emphasizes on the harmony between the freedom of the individual and the public duty as well as pursuing world peace, democracy, economic fairness and social welfare." Lee is also serving as Chairman of The Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies in South Chungcheong Province and is carrying out lectures on the conception and principle of science and suggesting visions in the field. 

Society that grows dream and realizes dream
Lee has worked for Hung Sa Dan and as Professor and Deputy Chancellor of Soon Chun Hyang University for the last 50 years and exerted his effort in fostering talented young people. Lee said that he was inspired by the life and philosophy of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho and that is why he started to devote his life to Hung Sa Dan (Ahn is the founder). He added that he will do his best to carry out his work and duty by taking senior members of Hung Sa Dan as role models. 
Lee emphasized on the importance of old generation's support for younger generation to build a better and stronger nation.

Lee said that they are responsible to encourage young people to have dream and to realize that dream. He thinks that human society should overcome the law of the jungle if we are to live together in harmony. In the hope of actualizing his will, Lee is planning to reestablish 'Young Korean Academy' which was originally founded by Ahn. For this, Hung Sa Dan is carrying out various programs to foster talented young people who can contribute to creating a better society and world.
