Introducing digital electric fryer and oil degasifier 

Reducing cost with eco-friendly electric fryer
We are living in the age where even an electric fryer goes eco-friendly. As the main product of Kepos, Digital Electric Fryer has 50% higher fuel efficiency than the existing gas fryers. The latter ones use waste gas and they increase the temperature in the kitchen which makes cooks exhausted and gives a headache. But the electric fryer uses a heater poll in the middle of the fryer and it does not produce any heat or waste gas. Also, its digital system controls the accurate temperature and power supply which maintains the same fresh taste of the food. The fryer is provided in three sizes so that store owners can choose the size according to the size of the store. Yoon said "you can choose from 16 litter to 30 litter fryer and you can fry two or three chickens in one fryer."

The electric fryer keeps the grounds of fries on the bottom so that it can be easily let out, delays oil's acidification, keeps the temperature at 170¡É in the high level of the oil and 50¡É at the low level of the oil. By doing this, the grounds and muddy oil do not come up to be mixed with the clean oil. Also the bottom of the fryer is not hot at all so the oil does not stick to the surface which makes you easy to clean. 

But more surprise comes from its safety enhanced by the precision temperature adjuster and overheat prevention device which alarms when the temperature reaches more than the standard level. They also switch off the fryer automatically if the temperature reaches above 210¡É. In addition, it is loaded with the 2 degree adjustment system rather than the existing 5 degree adjustment system which is less accurate in temperature control. You can easily control the temperature by turning the knob to either way (2 degree adjustment system). Yoon said "you can easily set the temperatures for the first frying and refrying. This was possible because I took into consideration the user-friendliness on the designing stage."

Saving 180 litter oil a month
It is hassle to throw away used oil. You have to separate the grounds and pour the oil back into the fryer. But the small grounds are hard to separate and they make the oil oxidized rapidly. Thankfully, you do not need to go through this hassling procedure as the digital electric fryer automatically pumps up the clean oil through a hose made of teflon. Also, you can adjust the amount and speed of oil by using the foot switch and you can filter the fine grounds through a unharmful natural pulp filter. Yoon said "I developed oil degasifier through a technical cooperation with Japan. You can save 180 litters oil every month by using our product."

Kepos' products being used in popular restaurants
Mom's Touch, Mexicana, Nene Chicken, Cheogajip Spiced Chicken, Chicken Mania, Doozon Chicken and Tiba Two Chicken are all using Kepos' products. Yoon once worked as an engineer at a major company and is an expert at various machines. Yoon said "more important than quality and innovation of the machine is providing excellent customer services. This can be the secret of my success in business."

Yoon is also running 'Kepos Kitchen Design Research Institute' and obtained various patents and certificates. Yoon provides a total service from kitchen design, installing the machines to after-sales service. He makes floor plan in 3D to directly pass it to the headquarters of franchise to minimize the overall procedure. 

Growing Kepos to a global company
Yoon pours a lot of money into R&D. He wants to improve the current digital electric fryer even further to develop oil degasifier so that it can be used permanently without a filter. Yoon constantly listens and updates users' opinions and ideas to reflect in the new products. Yoon said "my final goal is to grow Kepos to a global company."
