Introducing 'True Daily Enzyme (Harucham Hyeoso)'
True Daily Enzyme is the result of Noh's passionate R&D. It is praised for its best enzyme activity among 23 enzyme related products in the market. Made with 100% domestic ingredients of 8 kinds of grains and 12 kinds of vegetables, True Daily Enzyme raised the activity of enzyme by freeze-drying it at below 40¡É. For this reason, it is relatively more expensive than the existing enzyme products because the latter ones are produced by drying it in heat or sun which reduces the activity of enzyme significantly. That is why they are cheaper than True Daily Enzyme. Noh said "enzyme in the body starts to reduce when we reach around 25. And the ability of producing enzyme in the body falls down dramatically when we reach over 40. Therefore, it is advisable to intake functional enzyme products around this time."

Pioneering a new path in the food industry
Noh is known as a little giant in the food industry. Serving as Chairman of Korean Society of Food Science & Technology, he has been exerting his effort in his research on Electronic Nose and enzyme. He registered 20 of related patents, published 160 papers and 20 health and food related books. Electronic Nose, in particular, is highly expected to be a core industry in the future. If we say that our sense of smell is one, dogs are tens of thousands. But Electronic Nose has a thousand times more than dogs'. It can detect the origin of food by the smell and memorizes the smell through artificial intelligence. Noh particularly wants to apply this technology to red ginseng. He said "it is really difficult to discern the origin of red ginseng as it goes through numerous heat treatments. So I'm continuously carrying on research to develop the technology that can detect the origin of the food." Electronic Nose in fact can be applied to various industries but the related R&D is much needed. Meanwhile, Noh is exerting his effort in fostering talented students in the field so that they can lead the industry in the future.
