김 대표는 “배송을 직접 관리하기 때문에 A/S 요청과 구매 요청 일정이 겹칠 경우가 있으면 우리는 구매 배송을 다소 늦추더라도 A/S 고객을 먼저 처리하려고 한다. 우리 제품을 사용해주시는 고객님의 불편을 최소화하는 것이 우선이다. 돌침대를 이용하던 고객님은 잠자리가 바뀌면 크게 불편하기 때문에 그만큼 A/S에 집중  관리하고 있으며, 또한 고객은 제품의 우수성과 편리함 때문에 구매를 이어간다”고 말했다.

김 대표는 “돌침대는 원석에서 방출되는 원적외선 등이 주안점이라면, 편백 자체는 나무라 열전도가 잘 안 되는 대신 습도 조절이 잘 된다. 땀을 머금어도 땀 냄새가 나지 않고 나무 냄새가 올라온다. 전체 틀을 편백으로 만든 침대 제품을 개발하고 싶다”며 향후 계획을 전하기도 했다.

Kim attached a direct customer service number on each product so that each of his customer can directly arrange a service without any inconvenience. 

Kim said "if we receive a call for delivery and for customer service at the same time, we go for customer service first. The is because our philosophy is to minimize the inconvenience of our customers by prompt response. It is natural for people to be uncomfortable when they have to sleep on a different bed or in a different environment and that is why we provide our service as soon as possible. For this reason, our customers show a great satisfaction and this actually is leading more people to buy our products."
