Ordinary people’s economic situation is getting worse in a constant recession. Besides, ongoing imprudent attack against the local business made poor small business more. Under the circumstance, small business people who were struggling with the promotion and marketing with a lack of capital could hear good news since ‘delivery application’ came out. However, it became another worry to them because of too much commission. 

Satisfy small business people and customers 
As for delivery applications that people can research shops, order and pay easily with a smart phone has been popular so far and even it became increasingly about one trillion won in scale. However, recently, since small business’ suffers and tears are there behind it as a matter of fact, many people got mad. It was them that have to register at all costs using delivery application even though they have to pay for the commission 10~20% of sales, which is about 30,000~70,000 per month. 

Among the reality, a good delivery application that they can use it for 10,000 won per month and it is getting popular. It is Nungcool that is the representing application in the local community information in Changwon, Gyeongnam and near regions. Nungcool can be corrected shop information and photos in a real time by small business owners and the application can show the best 10 business in the local. Also, there are 9 categories and lots of chances of broad marketing to small business people who are working in many fields. 

CEO Kim Young-Joo of WIMIR explained “The rate of using the delivery application is getting higher but on the other hand, there are many opinions that customers could not trust the registered information. The biggest character of Nungcool is that the rank is literally registered by customer’s pick. They can leave a review and click ‘like’ button and it goes up to the rank. That is exposed the top and providing more trusty information.” 

Good application to survive the local application 
WIMIR that provides the application ‘Nungcool’ is established by young people who are living in Changwon, Gyeongnam in 2013 and it is a start-up company. Because of that, ‘Nungcool’ that has started its service in August 2014 has plenty of young people’s thoughts about the local economy and business situation. CEO Kim Young-Joo said, “‘Nungcool’ came out because we thought it would make the better life in Gyeongnam and solve the business people’s worries who are suffering from the commission. This is why we made this application.” They are following the rue of a good consumption. 

The philosophy of ‘Nungcool’ that is chasing after is making a good result of the number of net downloading is 8,000, the number of shop information is 4,000 and the number of customers’ comments is 4,200. From last December to May in this year, the sale is about 20 million won per month, which is 10~20% of growth every month. They are running the customer service, which is called ‘one day solution project’ swiftly and a marketer visits the business owner in person to explain the service and how to use. Like that, they are making an effort for the quality of service. WIMIR gained the grand prix of life information application at ‘The 9th Korea Service Consumer Awards’. They were the only start-up company out of other province not Seoul, so they expect that would be a driving force that WIMIR and ‘Nungcool’ that are trying to broaden the service throughout the whole country. 

CEO Kim Young-Joo of WIMIR said, “If the past time was a testing period of the service we made, from now on, it will be time for serious step-up with making more contents like better quality improvement, i-phone version, NFC stamp, mypage etc.” In addition, as a start-up company based in Changwon area, where not many IT companies there, WIMIR are would be a role model with that case. I would like applaud them for dreaming of amazing growth out of the limit of the local issue.
