Shin said that because of our flexibility and cooperation, member stores are naturally working together to push forward the business as well as providing excellent customer services. Not only this, they willingly provide free meals for children from parentless family and doing various other social activities. This generally is impossible under the slave contract as there is no catalyst.

Introducing a principle for delighting people's appetites
Napoli is providing the best available taste from choosing the ingredients to cooking and service. This principle comes from a master cook Jeong. He said "as a cook, providing the food made of the best ingredients is my top priority. All the ingredients we use is organic and we also use domestic whole-wheat to make a dough. In addition, we use oak wood for fire to give ultimate delights in taste." Using the best ingredients can cause an increase of the raw materials cost but Napoli solves that problem by not paying any royalty to the head office as they do not need to systematically. 

Jeong also is in charge of staff training and the development of recipe. He says "it is not easy to satisfy customers with both taste and services as they are the parts that need to be improved constantly. In stead, we always emphasize that we need to stick to our guns. Taking care of the customers like our family members is most important because food in a sense come from our heart and sincerity." 

495 Celsius Napoli is a new food franchise. But their slogan 'customer satisfaction' and 'growing together' shows their innovation and professionalism already.
