Commuters to test drive Hyundai Arslan
Hyundai Motors said that from 24 November to 30 January next year they will do a test drive event(Premium Comfort Driving) in the rush hour at the nine test drive centers nationwide for one and a half day so that customers can experience its salability. As the Arslan's target customers are 40s and 50s who have no time to do a test drive Hyundai Motors brought up this idea to give them an opportunity. Arslan is designed with 'noise vibration prevention device', 'sound absorbing materials for silence', and 'optimum tunings for engine, gear, and suspension' so that the driver can feel a comfortable driving performance. An official of Hyundai Motors said "we prepared this event as the Arslan's target customers are 40s and 50s and they are too busy to do a test drive. They will surely be attracted by the car as it's different from imported rear-wheel drive cars."
Hyundail Motors Service and union to announce a joint statement
Hyundail Motors Service and the union cooperated to strengthen the competitiveness for customer services and to counteract for rapidly changing domestic market. The announcement('Service is Hyundai') was held at the company building and participated by 100 union members and officials including the director Taesuk Kim, the chairman of union's maintenance committee Sungha Lee, the heads of 23 service centers nationwide and local branch chiefs. They agreed that the imported cars are threatening the domestic market and for this they have to strengthen the competitiveness for customer services and sales department should be more active than ever. The statement includes 'excellent services to strengthen the competitiveness for domestic market', 'actualizing the motto Service is Hyundai', 'maintaining job stability and more support for M/S ', 'building trust and cooperation between the company and union', and 'implementing social responsibility and one's duty'. Also the mobile app 'My Car Story' which was developed for an immediate communication with customers will be hugely improved to maintain a good and sustainable relationship. They agreed that company's growth is the only way to secure their jobs and they will work together for better support and services to boost up the sales. An official of Hyundai Motors said "it's meaningful that the company and union cooperate each other as we both agree that securing a company's competitiveness in the rapidly changing market environment is the only way for stability and growth. On the occasion of this joint statement we expect to overcome the hostile relationship but to keep the trustworthy and coexisting relationship."
