현대차 ‘아슬란’ 출퇴근 시승 프로그램 운영

현대자동차㈜는 지난달 24일부터 내년 1월 30일까지 전국 9개 시승센터에서 1박 2일간 출퇴근 시간을 활용해 아슬란의 상품성을 체험해 볼 수 있는 시승 이벤트 ‘출퇴근 프리미엄 컴포트 드라이빙(Premium Comfort Driving) 프로그램’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 최근 출시된 아슬란의 주 타겟 고객층인 40~50대 중장년층의 경우 바쁜 일상에서 별도의 시승 시간을 내기 어려운 점을 고려, 출퇴근 시간을 활용해 아슬란의 상품성을 편리하고 여유있게 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 마련됐다. 특히 아슬란은 ▲이중접합 차음유리 적용 ▲전방위적인 소음진동 방지 설계 ▲흡차음재 확대 적용 등을 통해 동급 최고의 정숙성을 갖췄으며 ▲엔진과 변속기, 서스펜션의 최적화 튜닝을 통해 부드러우면서도 안정적인 주행감각을 완성해 1박 2일간의 여유있는 시승일정이 아슬란만의 특장점을 충분히 체험하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 현대차 관계자는 “아슬란의 주 타켓 고객인 40~50대 중장년층 고객들은 바쁜 일상으로 따로 시승 시간을 내기 힘들다는 점을 감안해 이번 이벤트를 마련했다”며 “수입 후륜구동 세단과는 확연히 차별화된 장점을 가진 아슬란의 매력을 충분히 느껴볼 수 있는 기회가 될 것”이라고 말했다.

현대자동차 서비스 노사 공동선언문 선포

현대자동차㈜ 노사가 급변하는 내수시장 변화에 대응하고 고객서비스 경쟁력 강화를 위해 함께 힘을 합쳤다. 현대자동차 서비스부문 노사는 원효로 사옥에서 서비스사업부장 김태석 상무, 노동조합 정비위원회 이성하 위원장 및 전국 23개 서비스 센터장과 노조 지회장 등 100여명의 노조원과 임직원이 참석한 가운데 ‘서비스는 현대’ 라는 가치 실현을 위한 노사 공동선언문을 선포했다. 이날 노사는 최근 수입차 공세 등 내수시장이 위기라는데 인식을 같이하고 이를 극복하기 위해서 고객과 가장 밀접한 정비서비스 품질 경쟁력을 강화하고 또한 판매 지원을 위해 서비스부문이 제일 먼저 앞장서서 고객에게 한 발 더 다가서야 한다는 데 뜻을 같이 했다. 노사가 함께 하기로 한 결의 내용은 ▲ 내수시장 경쟁력 강화를 위한 서비스 선도적 역할 실천 ▲ 고객을 위한 진정성 있는 서비스 제공으로 ‘서비스는 현대’ 가치 실현 ▲ 서비스의 질적 향상과 M/S 확대지원 노력 등 회사성장 통해 종업원 고용안정 확보 ▲ 노사 상생과 신뢰/협력문화 구축 ▲ 전국 지역 거점을 중심으로 사회적 책임과 의무 이행 등이다. 또한 고객과 빠르고 원활한 소통을 위해서 개발한 모바일 앱 ‘My Car Story’ 는 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 대폭 개선하여 고객과 지속적이고 진정성 있는 커뮤니케이션이 이루어 질 수 있도록 할 예정이다. 노사는 회사의 성장만이 종업원의 고용안정을 이루는 길임을 공감하고 판매 확대를 위한 지원 및 서비스 현장 체질 개선 노력을 함께 하기로 했다. 현대차 관계자는 “급변하는 시장 환경에서 회사의 경쟁력 확보가 곧 기업 성장 및 고용안정을 위한 길임을 공감하고 노사가 뜻을 같이 했다는데 큰 의미가 있으며, 이를 계기로 대립적 관계가 아닌 항상 마음과 뜻을 같이하는 신뢰와 상생의 새로운 노사문화 형성이 이루어 지기를 기대한다” 고 했다.

Commuters to test drive Hyundai Arslan

Hyundai Motors said that from 24 November to 30 January next year they will do a test drive event(Premium Comfort Driving) in the rush hour at the nine test drive centers nationwide for one and a half day so that customers can experience its salability. As the Arslan's target customers are 40s and 50s who have no time to do a test drive Hyundai Motors brought up this idea to give them an opportunity. Arslan is designed with 'noise vibration prevention device', 'sound absorbing materials for silence', and 'optimum tunings for engine, gear, and suspension' so that the driver can feel a comfortable driving performance. An official of Hyundai Motors said "we prepared this event as the Arslan's target customers are 40s and 50s and they are too busy to do a test drive. They will surely be attracted by the car as it's different from imported rear-wheel drive cars." 

Hyundail Motors Service and union to announce a joint statement

Hyundail Motors Service and the union cooperated to strengthen the competitiveness for customer services and to counteract for rapidly changing domestic market. The announcement('Service is Hyundai') was held at the company building and participated by 100 union members and officials including the director Taesuk Kim, the chairman of union's maintenance committee Sungha Lee, the heads of 23 service centers nationwide and local branch chiefs. They agreed that the imported cars are threatening the domestic market and for this they have to strengthen the competitiveness for customer services and sales department should be more active than ever. The statement includes 'excellent services to strengthen the competitiveness for domestic market', 'actualizing the motto Service is Hyundai', 'maintaining job stability and more support for M/S ', 'building trust and cooperation between the company and union', and 'implementing social responsibility and one's duty'. Also the mobile app 'My Car Story' which was developed for an immediate communication with customers will be hugely improved to maintain a good and sustainable relationship. They agreed that company's growth is the only way to secure their jobs and they will work together for better support and services to boost up the sales. An official of Hyundai Motors said "it's meaningful that the company and union cooperate each other as we both agree that securing a company's competitiveness in the rapidly changing market environment is the only way for stability and growth. On the occasion of this joint statement we expect to overcome the hostile relationship but to keep the trustworthy and coexisting relationship."
