아름다움이 전부가 아닌 건강한 몸을 바탕으로 꿈을 만들어가는 ‘S드림팩토리’

누구나 자신의 몸을 건강하고 예뻐 보이게 하고 싶은 욕망을 갖고 있을 것이다. 하지만 지나친 업무와 바쁜 일상생활들로 인해 건강한 몸을 가꾸는 일을 미루는 이들이 태반이다. 그래서 운동도 함께하는 친구나 동료, 아니면 질병을 치료해주는 주치의처럼 내 몸에 맞는 운동방법과 관리법 등을 지도해주는 트레이너들이 존재한다면 좀 더 쉽게 건강한 몸을 만들 수 있을 것이다. 그래서 최근 주목받고 있는 곳이 바로 꿈을 만들어가는 공간으로 알려진 S드림팩토리이다. 전직 프로야구선수 출신인 전근표 선수와 농구선수 출신인 조찬성 선수가 공동대표로 있는 이곳은 과학적인시스템과 차별화된 프로그램을 바탕으로 건강한 대한민국을 만들고 있었다. 

재활과 운동을 동시에 해결하는 토털케어시스템의 운동센터

S드림팩토리는 그간 봐왔던 피트니스센터와는 전혀 다른 신개념 운동센터이다. 전직 프로야구 선수인 전근표 선수가 대표로 있는 이곳은 운동선수 출신들이 힘을 모아 지난해 오픈했다. 슈퍼스타, 스페셜리스트, S라인 등을 의미하며 꿈을 만들어가는 공간을 지향하고 꿈을 만들기 위해서는 건강하지 않으면 안된다는 뜻을 담고 있었다. S드림팩토리가 기존의 운동센터와 다른 점이 바로 단순한 헬스장이 아닌 체육인들의 운동 강도를 선보여 일반인들과 체육 꿈나무는 물론 현직 운동선수들의 재활센터로 인정받는 것이다. 아마추어시절 각종 기록을 쌓아가며 승승장구 했던 전근표 대표는 프로 입단 후 잦은 부상과 컨디션 조절 실패로 인해 경기에 나서는 날보다 재활에 힘쓰는 날이 더 많을 정도였다. 선수로써 부상과 재활은 참기 힘든 고통이었기에 은퇴 후 기존에 존재하지 않은 단순히 외형만을 신경 쓰는 운동이 아닌 몸속의 균형을 맞춰 전체적인 밸런스를 맞추는 목적에 기반을 두고 있다. 기존에 알려진 인바디를 사용하지 않고 BIA(체내 세포까지 측정)를 최초로 도입해 인바디에서 측정이 불가능한 세포 안과 밖의 지방량과 수분까지 측정한다. 이를 바탕으로 맞춤형 트레이닝과 식이 요법을 제공하고 체내에 쌓인 노폐물이나 독성 및 활성 산소는 물론 분석프로그램을 통해 신체의 골격외에 세포상태까지 측정하기에 더 정확한 진단을 내릴 수 있다. 과학적인 데이터를 바탕으로 개개인에 맞는 맞춤식 프로그램이기에 안전하고 확실한 효과를 볼 수 있다는 것이 고객들의 말이다. 또한 국내 최초로 퀀텀에너지를 기반으로 하는 열에너지 시설을 도입해 고객들이 혈액순환개선, 심혈관계 강화, 근육이완, 피부미용, 면역력 강화, 독성분 및 노폐물 제거 등을 할 수 있으며, 37.4알칼리 생수를 함께 도입해 체질 개선에도 도움을 주고 있다. 이 밖에도 그라스톤테라피와 수기테라피를 이용해 목, 어깨, 허리, 골반 통증 등을 바로잡아주고 있다.

건강과 웃음, 사람들의 이야기가 공존하는 장소  

S드림팩토리의 캐릭터(이름:몽이) 모토는 큰부리새다. 큰부리새는 현재 멸종위기에 처해 있다. 그렇기에 멸종위기인 큰부리새가 SDF운동 스튜디오에 들어와서 재활운동과 회복테라피를 통해 에너지를 얻어 건강한 삶으로 비상하고 우주의 별자리가 된다는 의미를 갖고 있다. 그만큼 단순한 운동이 아닌 미래를 내다보는 운동을 선호하고 있기에 일반인은 물론 현직 야구, 골프, 배구, 농구 등의 선수들이 재활운동을 하기 위해 이곳을 찾고 있다. 조찬성 대표는 “운동은 우선 골격의 회복과 그 기능에 초점을 두는 것이 중요하다. 선수들이 운동 과정이 힘들지만 견디고 해 내는 이유는 바로 유년기부터 운동을 해온 습관 때문일 것이다. 그래서 우리는 즐거움과 유쾌함, 그리고 재미있는 운동을 할 수 있도록 분위기를 만들어주고 ‘운동의 생활화, 습관화’를 전파하고 있다”며 “회원들을 위한 이벤트는 물론 가족 같은 커뮤니티를 형성해 단순한 건강관리가 아닌 라이프스타일까지 공유할 수 있는 문화를 형성해가고 있다”고 전했다. 

현재 전근표 대표는 S드림팩토리 대표, (사)스포츠애널리스트협회 사무총장, 세종대학교 야구지도교수, (사)한국프로야구 은퇴선수협회 사무국장으로 활동 중이며 명지대기록과학대학원 강의와 청년들의 멘토링강사로도 활동하고 있다.  

“좀 더 과학적인 접근으로 인해 운동선수나 스포츠 유망주들, 그리고 일반인들이 부상이나 건강으로 인해 고통스러워하지 않았으면 좋겠다”고 말하는 전 대표. 그들이 만들어갈 신개념 시스템으로 인해 피트니스의 발전과 더욱 건강해지는 대한민국을 기대해본다.

Fitness Center of Total Care System solving the rehabilitation and exercise at the same time 

  S-Dream Factory is a new concept fitness center completely different from exercise centers which we have seen. Former professional baseball player Jeon Ggeun-pyo is a representative of this center, which was opened last year with the help of former Athletes. S-Dream Factory means superstar, specialist, S line etc., which also contains the meaning of the place aiming to create a dream and we need to be healthy in order to make the dream. The point that S Dream Factory is different from the existing exercise center is that it is not just a gym but the very Fitness Center that will be recognized as a rehabilitation center of the incumbent athletes of the general public sports and young children as well. CEO Jeon Geun-pyo who was on a roll in amateur level, building a variety of record, had more days to do rehabilitation exercise than take the field due to frequent injuries and conditioning failure after joining Pro. As injury and rehabilitation was uncomfortable pain as a player, his fitness is now based on the object to match the overall balance with the body balance which did not exist but the exercise never be too nervous about outward appearance after his retirement. Without the use of the known in-body and with the introduction of BIA (measured by body cells) for the first time, he measures from inside and outside the fat cells and water which could not be measured in-body. Based on this, he can provide customized training and diet, up to measures the cell state and radicals and toxic waste products accumulated in the body in addition to the body of the skeleton, and also measures waste, toxic, reactive oxygen accumulated in the body as well through the analysis program. The customers say that the customized program for the individual based on the scientific data leads to the safe and obvious effect. In addition to introducing the thermal facilities based on the quantum energy for the first time in Korea, with which they can improve blood circulation, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and  carry out muscle relaxation, skin care, strengthening the immunity, remove toxins and waste products, which are helping to improve the constitution with the introduction of a 37.4 alkaline water. In addition, with use of Graston Therapy and manipulative therapy, he cures the pains on the neck, shoulder, waist, and pelvic pain. CEO Jeon says that "A lot of people take for granted the lessons to be learned when they learn the excercise such as badminton or tennis. But they seems to think they can do it by themselves on the fitness health. But as far as a physical workout 'Fitness' is concerned, it is good for you to train yourself with the support of the specialist that makes your body healthy in order to make a more correct and healthy body."

  The motto of the character(name: Mongi) on S-Dream Factory the toucans, which Toucan birds are now endangered. So the endangered toucan has come to the SDF fitness studio,  obtain energy through the rehabilitation and restoration therapy, soar up to the sky with the healthy life, and they will be the constellation of the universe, which is the meaning on it. As the fitness center much prefers to exercise looking forward to the future, not a simple exercise, the incumbent players of such as in the field of baseball, golf, volleyball, basketball the general public as well come here in order to exercise rehabilitation. Representative Cho says that "It is important to focus on the recovery of the function of the skeleton in fitness first of all. The fitness process is difficult for players, but the reason why they endure and perform it is that they had done exercise from their childhood, the very exercise habit. So we create and give a mood to do fun exercise with the pleasure and pleasantness, and we spread the making fitness a way of life and making a habit of embracing exercise. The events for members as well, we form family-like community and are going to form the culture to be able to share the lifestyle, rather than just health care." CEO Jeon Geun-pyo is currently active as the representative of S-Dream Factory, Secretary-General in Sports Analyst Association, Sejong University baseball advisor, the secretary-general of Retirement Korea Professional Baseball Players Association, and he is also working as a lecturer of Record Science in Myongji University Graduate School, as a mentoring lecturer of the youth. CEO Jeon says and hopes that "Through a more scientific approach, athletes, sports talents, and the public do not suffer from injury or health 

any more." With the new concept system which they will create, we look forward to the development of fitness and Republic of Korea which will grow stronger in health.
