Leading of providing good Korean beef with breaking the myth of marveling 



Did you know it has been wrong for people to know Korean beef with lots of marveling is excellent? And, this is totally false and made an abnormal standard system of grading Korean beef. Because of that, cows in Korea have forced to be castrated and are eating high-calorie corns or mixed feedstuff on purpose. Oppositely, cows that growing in the field freely and healthy rather degrade on the 3rd level. This is a mirage out of marveling myth and aggressive marketing using that strategically. For that, CEO Myeong In-Gu of Myeongseong Hanwoo threw himself into a matter of no marveling with enthusiasm of foods. If you want to eat healthy hanwoo, you had better give up on having the wrong standard, which is his warning at us and we need to listen to him. 



Time to correct the right standard of good hanwoo

Recently, the truth of marveling in hanwoo, which bothers lots of people, was revealed throughout various media. For example, MBC documentary <revolution of eating meat ? marveling conspiracy> disclosed the concept we knew of premium beef completely and <PD Lee Young-Don¡¯s food X-file> by Channel A showed some were making intentional fake marveling with soaking palm oil, which is saturated fat and beef tallow. That shocked viewers. 

CEO Myeong In-Gu of Myeongseong Hanwoo is pleased to see that debate of marveling in beef, actually. For 40 years, CEO Myeong has been working in this livestock industry and has fed cows with barley sprouts and grass honestly. ¡°Come to think of cows, they are herbivorous animals and it is natural to feed them with grass as sense. However, if we do breed them in that way, there would be hardly found fat and is going to get the lowest 3 level in grade. After all, it is an emphasis on this kind of low-fat beef is much better than high-fat and marveling beef.¡±

Another ironic thing is that it is necessary to breed cows with in a small space with a low priced mixed for lots of marveling and we need a large space and expensive feedstuff to breed cows with less fat as an additional part. By that, CEO Myeong made the pressure of feedstuff lessen by breeding cows for 18 months not 30 months and managed the same price cows that fed by mixed feedstuff to keep up the same price. 

¡°It is increasing for people who are struggling with cardiovascular diseases and obesity at large and the fat of cows, in fact, doesn't get out of our body. It can be a big problem. As everybody knows, beef is a thing that we cannot think of with out it, so, I reckon it is time to suggest a new standard of being able to eat beef in a healthy way.¡±

Plenty of experts advise the good taste of meat depends on the right way of fermentation. Despite of low fat of Myeongseong Hanwoo, the reason why they are boasting off their great taste of meat is a secret of the fermentation for 18 days. Also, their cows have a great of omega 3 that are eating barley sprouts and grass, compared to other general beef, therefore, this low-fat beef for people who have cancers, cardiovascular diseases including infants and young students in growing is quite appropriate. 


Cows bred happily provide healthy beef 

The destiny between CEO Myeong and cows comes from when he was in second grade. At that time, he was living in Garameo, Hangsin-dong and got a cow from his mother as a gift. She bought the cow with selling her Kimchi she made at the market and it was so hard for her, but the cow was a hope of life to 8 siblings. With the start, CEO Myeong acquired the livestock artificial fertilization in the 1970¡¯s with studying for himself, and he was appointed as an agricultural successor in Goyang city in 1985. In 1993, while he studied for the advanced agricultural management course in SNU, he joined the development of egg transfer. Then, he succeeded in transferring dual eggs of cow and hanwoo at M ranch in Wondang-dong, so he used to get lots of attention in the industry. 

Based on his 40 years of experience, there are over 10 hanwoo cows are growing up in Myeongin ranch and they are producing great descendants; that is over 15 times. And big calves weigh over 30?35kg are delivered as well. His efforts were recognized, and eventually, he used to be a member of committee of National Livestock Science Institute. 

¡°I think hanwoo has competitiveness as they are born with a good blood at the global market. I would like to spend my life in promoting the great quality by breeding delicious and healthy hanwoo.¡°

According to nature of law, CEO Myeong In-Gu who is saying the provision of healthy beef happens by cows that grow happily and no stress is the person like that. I would like to acclaim to his contributions and life alone and expect the day of their hanwoo would be the best beef brand in the world in the future.
