홍준표 도지사, 창원국가산단 혁신산단 사업 예정지 현장 방문
홍준표 도지사는 지난달 11일 경남미래 50년 전략사업이자 핵심 공약사업인 ‘창원국가산단 혁신산단 조성사업’의 점검을 위해 한국산업단지공단 동남지역본부와 사업 예정지 현장을 방문하고 사업 추진현황을 점검했다. 이 자리에서 홍준표 도지사는 “현재 진행 중인 ‘혁신산단 실행계획 수립’ 용역을 차질 없이 수행해 당초 계획했던 사업들이 잘 진행될 수 있도록 면밀히 검토할 것”을 당부하였다. 이날 홍지사는 첨단 공작기계부품소재 단지, 전기자동차 핵심부품단지, 근로자 기숙사 등이 입주할 첨단산업집적단지(창원종합버스터미널 옆)와 산학융합지구, 공학해석설계지원센터, 지식서비스혁신센터가 들어설 융복합 집적지 조성부지(경남테크노파크 인근) 사업 예정지를 현장 점검한 후 당면 현안사항인 국비확보, 기업 유치 등 문제를 보고 받았다. 또 홍지사는 산업부, 기재부 등 정부기관과 창원상공회의소 등 지역의 유관기관이 유기적인 협력과 네트워크를 구축해 차질 없는 사업추진을 당부하였다. 홍지사의 이번 방문은 2기 도정의 핵심인 경남 미래 50년 사업에 도정의 모든 역량을 집중시켜 나가겠다는 의지를 보여 주는 것으로, 향후 창원산단 혁신산단 조성사업이 한층 더 속도가 붙을 것으로 기대했다. 창원국가산업단지는 지난해 11월 7일 정부로부터 ‘구조고도화 확산단지’로 선정된데 이어, 금년 3월 12일에는 ‘혁신대상 산업단지’로 지정받았다. 창원산단 혁신산단은 융복합 집적지, 첨단산업집적단지 조성 등 총 21개 사업에 8425억 원을 투자할 계획이다. 2조 1868억 원의 경제적 파급효과와 9723명의 신규 일자리를 창출하는 등 막대한 경제적 파급효과가 발생할 것으로 예측된다. 경남도 하승철 경제통상본부장은 “현재 경남도는 산업부, 창원시, 한국산업단지공단과 함께 창원산단을 혁신산단으로 조성하기 위해 총 1억 6,500만 원의 사업비를 들여 지난 달 5일 용역업체(번창미래연구소-창미이엔지 콘소시엄)를 선정해 ‘혁신산단 실행계획 수립’ 용역 중에 있다”며, “용역이 마무리 되는 올해 11월말에 산업부의 사업계획 승인을 얻어 12월부터 본격적인 혁신산단 사업추진에 들어갈 예정이다”라고 밝혔다.
쌀 관세화 대비, 홍지사“수출과 고품질 생산지원 최선”
홍준표 도지사는 23일 거창스포츠파크에서 열린 제9회 경남 여성농업인대회에 참석하여 최근 쌀 관세화 정책에 대해 자신의 심경과 경남도의 지원정책을 밝혔다.
이날 홍지사는 인사말을 통해 “시골 농부의 아들로 자라 농사짓는 분들의 애환과 어려움을 잘 알고 있다”며, “정부의 쌀 관세화 정책으로 인해 우리 농업인들이 난관에 처해 있어 매우 안타깝다”고 말했다. 또 “벼 재배 농업인들의 어려움을 덜기 위해 경남도 차원에서 쌀 수출과 고품질 생산 지원에 최선을 다하겠다”고 덧 붙였다.
이번 대회는 ‘여성 농업인이 우리 농업경영 혁신의 주체’라는 주제로 열렸으며, 한국여성농업인연합회 회원 등 2,000여 명이 한자리에 모여 체육대회 등 다채로운 행사를 가졌다.
이밖에, 농업발전에 기여한 우수 농업인으로 단진옥 거창군연합회장이 한국여성농업인 중앙회장상을 받았으며, 농림수산식품부장관상에 정연숙?신금정 경남도연합회 감사가 수상하는 등 총 15명에게 표창장이 수여되었다.
이정곤 경남도 농업정책과장은 “농촌 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 농업?농촌 및 식품산업 발전 5개년 계획을 마련하였다”며, “앞으로 5년간 5조 9천억원을 투입하여, 현재 도시가구의 56%수준에 머물러 있는 농가소득을 2018년까기 80% 수준이 되도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Hong Joonpyo, the provincial governor visited the designated area and the headquarter of southeast region of Korea Industrial Complex Corp on the 11 of last month to check the development project of Changwon Innovative Industrial Complex which is his campaign pledge 'the strategic business for Gyeongnam's future for 50 years'. Hong asked related people to do their best to proceed Innovative Industrial Complex smoothly. Hong did field inspection on The Cutting Edge Machine Tool Parts Complex, Electric Cars Key Components Complex, The Frontier Industry Cluster Complex (next to Changwon Central Bus Terminal) where worker's dormitories will be placed, Industry & Academia Fusion Park, Engineering Interpretation Design Support Center and the designated area of Knowledge Service Innovation Center. Hong was also briefed on the urgent problems of securing national expenditure and attracting enterprises. Hong asked related people to proceed the project smoothly by building a network and cooperation between the Commerce Ministry, the Strategy and Finance Ministry and Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Hong's visit was to show his will to push forward his pledge 'the strategic business for Gyeongnam's future for 50 years' and he expected the development project of Changwon Innovative Industrial Complex will accelerate. The Complex was designated as 'Structure Enhanced Expanding Complex by the government on November 7 last year, and as 'Innovative Target Industrial Complex' on March 12 this year. The Complex is expected to invest 842.5 billion won ($800m) in 21 businesses such as constructing Compound Cluster and The Frontier Industry Cluster Complex. It is expected to generate 2 trillion and 186.8 billion won ($2billion) of economic riffle effect and 9723 jobs. Ha Sungchul, the director of Gyeongnam Department of Economy and Trade, said "at the moment, Gyeongnam Province designated a service company (Bunching Future Research Center-Changmi ENG Consortium) by investing 165 million won ($150,000) to build Changwon Innovative Industrial Complex in cooperation with the Commerce Ministry, Changwon city and Korea Industrial Complex Corporation. By the end of November this year, we will obtain an approval and start the Innovative Industrial Complex."
Export and support for the high quality production is the top priority
Hong participated in the 9th Gyeongnam Female Farmer Conference held at Geochang Sports Park on 23 and revealed his opinion and the supporting plan for the recent rice tariffication policies. He said in his greetings "I know the difficulties of farmers very well as I myself was a son of a farmer and it is really regretful about the recent government policies on rice tariffication. I will do my best to help farmers by supporting rice exports and production." The conference was held under the name of 'female farmers are the main agents of innovation for agricultural management'. 2,000 members of Women Agricultural Farmers Federation participated and they had an athletic meeting and other various events. Dan Jinok (the head of Geochang Alliance) was awarded, as she contributed to the development of agriculture, the president's prize of Women Agricultural Farmers Federation, Geong Yeonsook and Shin Geumjeong were awarded the minister's prize of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and 15 other women were awarded citations. Lee Geonggon, the chief of Department of Agricultural Policy said "we came up with a 5 year development plan for agriculture, farm villages and food industry in order to strengthen the competitiveness of agriculture. We will invest 5 trillion and 900 billion won ($5.9 billion) to raise farm incomes, which stays 56% compared to urban households, up to 80% until 2018.
